I received this set as a Christmas gift, but put them aside in a corner. I finally took them out the box just last week because I honestly wasn't looking to replace my current dishes since they were fairly new and I really liked them, but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and style of the Square Dial. I loved them so much that I've given my old dishes to my sister and just ordered another set online to have a matching set of 8. And I have to say that I love the mugs, not sure why it h as so many negative reviews. They are a great size and comfortable to grip. Awesome value for such an amazing set!

I received these as a Christmas present and they are exactly what I have been looking for. I love the square design and the white porcelain is so elegant. They are heavy and great quality. I just registered a second set to my wedding registry. I hope that I never break a piece, they're perfect. Actually considering converting all my serving ware to this beautiful square porcelain.

I ordered 2 sets so I would have service for 8. The dishes are heavy, sturdy, and impressive in their simplicity. My only complaint is that the mugs are not as nice as the plates and one of them arrived broken. I would have had to return the entire set, so I figured I would deal with having only 7 mugs. The dinnerware is worth it!

I brought my last set of porcelain dishes at target on sale and they were wonderful. So wonderful in fact that I have been trying to match the deal and the value every since and have not been able to until now. Previsouly I owned the soft square with flowers. This time the hard square and the plates are huge. They seem to be heavier and more sturdy than the last ones but that is ok. My three men and a granite countertop need something sturdy.

I love the plates and bowls! It's very heavy and does not feel cheap. They are fine in the dish washer and as of yet have not stained or chipped- I have had them 2 months. I wanted plain white square dishes so that I could switch out decorative round bowls and plates from season to season without buying new dish sets every time. The only thing I knew I wouldn't like, and DON'T like now that I've seen them in person, are the mugs. It's a personal preference, that's all.

They were exactly what I have been seaerching for, not as expensive as other places. LOVE LOVE LOVE them.

I put these on our wedding registry. They were one of the first things we received. They are beautiful and I love them. They are quite heavy, but I like that feature. I have had them slip out of my hand while washing them in our stainless steel sink and they haven't broken or chipped, which is awesome. The only issues we have come across are the large plates will not work in microwave. Not too big of a deal because we try to use our microwave as little as possible. The plates will drain any liq uid if the plate is tilted, like carrying it to the table. Just have to pay a little extra attention when moving the plates with food. You have the drink from the bowls at the corner. Should be common sense but I made the mistake once. All in all, I am in love this set and completely satisfied.

Dish set is a great modern style dish set. However, after having the set 8 months, I have already broken a bowl. Currently looking into finding an outlet to purchase individual pieces for replacements and some extras. Also, trying to find a matching serving set. Otherwise, happy with dish set.

We received this set of dishes as a wedding gift, and I am on here to order a second set. They are beautiful, very heavy, and very versatile. They look great on a set table, and with the large, square shape, they make your dinner presentation beautiful. My daughter stated that dinner looked like something out of a magazine ad...LOL Definitely get the matching serving pieces if you are going to use these for entertaining. You won't be disappointed!

This set was awesome. It is modern looking yet the price was great. I've seen similar items in more high-end stores at double or triple the price. This set beat those sets in price and quality.
