Our Black Vanilla Curly Hair Leave Conditioner is a weightless leave-in conditioner that restores natural moisture and adds strength to your hair. The blend of Wheat Protein and Pro-Vitamin B5 fortifies your hair so it’s healthier and won’t break when detangling. Made with natural moisturizers instead of synthetic silicones for true hydration that doesn’t rinse away and can be used every day without the fear of weighing-down your hair.

Really not a fan
Ugh I would never buy this again. I dislike it so much I’ll just throw it away, even though I’ve only used it a few times, it’s not even worth using up the bottle so I don’t waste it. I don’t really hate the scent but I don’t really like it either, but that’s not even the main issue. After using it my hair feels really weird after it dries, almost a bit sticky or even crunchy. (And I’m really not using too much of it, maybe 2 or 3 sprays). I don’t feel like it makes my hair particularly easier to brush out but especially after a few hours it seems to make it even harder to brush out. It does make my hair shinier I guess, but it’s not worth it for the awful way it feels. Everyone’s hair is different, maybe it will work great for yours. But I do not like it for mine.

I love the smell of vanilla, but I really didn’t like this. It’s very very strong. I even rinsed my hair with water and I could still smell it. It was also very heavy, it left my hair very greasy.

Pretty decent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first I have used Carols daughter. I’ve been using it on my scalp since I have braids and I must say I’m pleasantly surprised. My scalp and hair does look shiny. I would have to wait and take my braids out to see how it does entirely on my natural hair as far as full moisture though.

Smells great, does nothing for my hair
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to like this product, and tried it as a leave-in on wet hair after I showered, and also as a curl refresher on dry hair. It really didn’t do much either way, and my curls didn’t feel very moisturized. I also think it irritated my scalp, as I was very itchy while I was trying out this product. On the upside, it smells fantastic, but I don’t think I would recommend this product to those with a 3b/3c hair type like my own.

Did Not Add Moisture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have locs and as much as i love the smell, I didnt feel my hair was moisturized. It was necessary to add another product to make it work for me. I would not purchase on my own, but thanks anyway Influenster.
