Lather is decent for a foaming gel; it spreads easily and rinses clean without any tight, stripped feeling. My combination skin (oily T-zone, normal-to-dry cheeks) tolerates it well morning and night. It removes light makeup and overnight oil without drama, though it’s not strong enough for heavy foundation or waterproof mascara; you’ll still need makeup remover or a second cleanse. The formula is soap-free and oil-free, so it doesn’t clog pores or cause breakouts for me. After two months of daily use, no extra pimples, no dryness, no irritation. The citrusy light scent is so refreshing, it literally wakes us up as soon as it touches our faces in the morning. The exfoliating beads feel incredible too! It's a whole family treat! It isn't too stripping or drying for my combination skin. I'm not sure what the point of the little beads are in the product...maybe just for aesthetics? They certainly can't be for exfoliation purposes, as only a couple of beads come out per pump. This cleanser rinses clean and the menthol in it leaves your skin tingling for a couple of minutes. It smells really nice, too.
