Differin Acne Retinoid Treatment Gel Adapalene 0.1%

It helped with fading my acne scars away. It doesn’t have any smell and it absorbs pretty quickly into your skin. It’s quite gentle so I can use it every night. You just have to be consistent with it.

I've liked differin a lot! I've used it a lot as my acne has gotten worse postpartum and it has treated my skin well. It absorbs well and doesnt irritate my skin!

I use this gel twice a day every day and it really helps to keep my acne under control. At first it dried my skin out a bit, but now that my skin has gotten used to it, it no longer causes dryness. This is a great product that I recommend to my friends and family.

Absorbs well and doesn’t cause irritation for sensitive skin. I’d say it’s a better product for young skin not necessarily aging skin or combination skin.

I have been prescribed tretinoin for about 2 years now. It never works for me. I started at .025% and just a few months ago went up to .05% because I didn’t think the lower dose was strong enough. Turns out my skin just rejects it. All it does is make my skin FLAKE, feel raw after 1 nights use, and honestly makes my pimples worse. I switched to differin because it is supposed to be less harsh and irritating on the skin. My main skin concern is closed comedones (maturated arrest acne) on my chin. This has almost completely cleared it up in a week with minimal peeling of my skin. I am happy with the results but frustrated that I never tried this sooner. I have been in and out of the Derm every 2 months for my acne…wish my Derm recommended this to me!

2nd time in 11 years that I’ve had an severe allergic reaction to a Differing gel.

The purging stage was literally insane with this product. I started using this product about a year and a half ago and used this consistently and as directed for about 2 months and never even got out of the purging phase- my skin was extremely angry, red, and my acne got 10x worse while using this. I had pretty mild to moderate acne when I started using this, but afterwards I was left with moderate to severe acne. This literally DESTROYED my skin , and even now 1.5 years later I’m still not back to how my skin used to look before this product and my acne is still much worse. It’s like this gel decided to permanently bring every blemish onto the surface and these blemishes are here to stay. Im so disappointed. And no, the results from using this were not an allergic reaction, I triple checked the ingredients and did patch tests on other parts of my skin. Whatever is the active ingredient in this cream, just caused SO. MUCH. MORE. ACNE! I heard so many people had amazing results with this and have the most perfect glass skin because of this product; but clearly I’m not one of them.

This is the only thing that has cleared up my sensitive, combo, acne-prone skin without irritation. Make sure you ease into using it slowly, but once your skin is used to it it’ll be amazing!

The texture of the gel is very pleasant: … there is no stickiness or oiliness … after several weeks … the skin has become cleaner, inflammation decreases, and new rashes appear much less often. no irritation occurred. Clean skin, that's what you can get.

Works great for my skin!

It was suggested by my Dermatologist that I use Differin Gel after using hydroquinone for 12 weeks. The Differin gel definitely works. It kept my acne and hyperpigmentation at bay. The only downside for me is the dryness. You have to heavily moisturize and make sure you are using sunscreen consistently.

I absolutely love this as an in between washes spot treatment. It can dry your skin out pretty fast (most acne stuff does) so I definitely recommend following up with a good moisturizer As for effectiveness it worked super well for me. my spots usually dry up and disappear after about two nights of use I apply it morning and night after washing my face with just water on the days I use it. The gel texture feels thick and cool and there’s not much of a scent which I actually like a lot‼️🩷

I use this every night after I wash my face in the shower and then I apply moisturizer. It’s incredible to use as a daily preventative treatment. This has really cleared up my acne. I used to struggle with a lot of acne and now I rarely get any. This is so worth it. I love the pump packaging over the tube packaging because it’s easier to get the last bits out of it. I also love that there’s no scent. Buy this if you struggle with acne!!!

Seems to be the only thing to help my skin so far! I used this years ago and stopped. I can't remember if it worked or not. But I'm starting again, and so far so good! About 2 weeks using this nightly and my skin is looking better! Will continue to use it to see long term effects!!

Helps with acne

I used to use this product everyday. It definitely can make your skin dry and make you flake. I felt like it did help a little bit but I feel like I didn’t get significant results with this product. There is no smell to this product and the price is quite expensive for a small amount.

Good for sensitive good

This is AMAZING - you gotta becareful and introduce to your skin slowly but it really helps with texture and breakouts. You need only a small amount so this last forever! Introduce to your skin slowly and make sure you really use hydrating products in between. Really great hormonal breakouts
