Neutrogena Skin Clearing Oil-Free Liquid Foundation with Salicylic Acid

I really like the coverage with this product. Its lightweight and looks like myself skin. It helps either myself breakouts and it faded all day.

I’ve used the Neutrogena SkinClearing Liquid Makeup on and off, and honestly, it’s one of those foundations that just feels safe to put on my skin. It’s lightweight, blends easily, and never looks heavy or cakey. I like that it doesn’t make my breakouts worse — it actually helps calm them down a little. The only downside for me is the coverage. It’s more on the natural/light side, so if I’m having a bad skin day I have to build it up or use extra concealer. And the shade range can be a little tricky depending on where you buy it. But overall, it’s a good everyday foundation, especially if you have acne-prone skin and want something that won’t irritate it. It feels clean, breathable, and just easy. I didn’t really notice any strong fragrance when I used it — it smells like a typical drugstore foundation: faint and nothing perfume-y or heavy, so it’s never bothered me. The wear time is decent but not perfect. On good days — with primer or setting powder — it can last several hours without fading or getting too oily.

Grabbed this when I had bad acne prone skin. I felt like my makeup breakouts were less often and I do believe it was definitely blendable on the skin. My only downside is it did get oily after it was worn for only a few hours.

What an underrated foundation. I love how easy it is to blend and the finish is not too glowy nor too dry. It’s the perfect in between , shade range is ok. I don’t find this product to break me out so I can wear it worry free.

I haven’t used foundation in years due to not being able to find one that worked for me. I have extremely sensitive skin, eczema, hormonal acne, and very oily skin in my T zone and bone dry everywhere else. This foundation is absolutely perfect for me. I notice very little separation and it is buildable for different coverage levels. I did notice some caking around my nose, but I believe it’s due to the skincare products I use and not the foundation. Blends very well with concealer, too! For me, it doesn’t typically last all day but with extremely oily spots I can’t complain too much!

I really liked this product how it felt on my skin and the level of coverage. I didn’t mind the scent to much and found a little went a long way. The bottle package is a good size and lots of good shades

I almost don't even want to give it this good of a review because I don't want it to be sold out... but I have to give credit where it's due. I don't wear heavy makeup but I've always struggled with acne. I'm a lazy, tired girl and I'll go multiple nights without ever taking off my makeup. This is the only foundation that I can sleep in and it has never ONCE caused acne. In fact, I can't remember the last time I had a pimple ever since using this foundation. Even after sleeping in it!! It's not the fullest coverage, but I prefer a more natural look anyways. It doesn't dry out my skin (which is already super dry due to years of extremely strong topicals for my acne). I swear by this foundation and I recommend it to anyone who struggles with acne.
