A: Thank you for reaching out to us. The usage for the Resolve® Pet Stain Remover is as follows: 1. Spray stain with RESOLVE® Pet Expert Stain & Odor Remover. 2. For liquid messes soak an area 2X the size of the visible mess. 3. Wait five minutes. 4. Blot or rub gently with a clean, damp, colorfast cloth or sponge. 5. Rinse sponge or cloth and repeat as necessary. Before Cleaning: Test a hidden section of carpet for colorfastness. Allow test area to dry completely and observe for any color change. Remove loose dirt and blot wet soils with a clean absorbent cloth. Use only in well ventilated areas. Keep children and pets off carpet till dry. We hope that this information helps! Has a really strong pungency chemical smell that even give human headache. If human can’t handle the smell idk how the fur babies gonna handle it. And it doesn’t work on cat vomit still leave a stong smell mix with chemical and stomach acid.

Great product. Destroys odors and the foaming action while scrubbing helps it get deep into your carpet. It smells clean and you get a good amount of product for the price. I only wish it had increased sanitizing properties, but overall, it's a better product than a lot of the pet cleaners out there.

My household has used this product for years. Must have cleaning item for those that have pets... puke, poop, set in stains, you name it. This stuff is magic. I usually use in conjuction with my bissell green machine but a paper towel can usually do the trick! This stuff works!

Rating is primarily for condition it arrived. Resolve is a good product for cleaning pet messes but this came damaged and leaking luckily had an almost empty bottle to transfer it to.

May work if you don’t follow instructions, but if you follow the instructions it just leaves a soapy mess that may even bleach carpet. I can’t speak for urine, but for hair balls, this is not the product to use. I only chose this product because Target quit carrying my preferred brand.

This product bleached my carpet!! I used it exactly how it says in the back of the bottle. I removed any sort of mess my puppy made, sprayed and soaked the area, waited 5 minutes and blotted the rest. It left my carpet stained a yellowish color. It specially says it is allowed on carpet. I will leave photos as proof.

I'm not kidding. I was dog sitting and I accidentally slept in when i was supposed to take the dog out early in the morning. when i woke up i realized he had pooped ALL OVER the couch. keep in mind this dog is at least 180 lbs. This poop was no joke. Panic set in- I thought I was cooked. Thank GOODNESS the owner had this product on her shelf. It removed all of the feces and it looked as if it had never even happened. I'm astounded. Thank you so much
