Never again! The concentrate tastes peculiar, like they messed up on a big batch but it was too costly a mistake that quality control had to allow it to go through to for sale. I usually get the tazo chai concentrate mix but wanted try something new and festive, this was a big mistake.

Okay Product, Very Pepper Strong
Good for a store bought product. Aroma is very pleasant and easy to prepare. Only issue I have is for my taste, the black pepper overwhelms all the other flavor's. If I purchase again I will increase the milk in the milk to concentrate ratio, or maybe add some additional cinnamon and cloves to combat the overwhelming pepper. I understand black pepper is a necessary ingredient for a Chai, to be the third ingredient with only water and black tea ahead of it?

Perfect pick-me-up
This is the GOAT for an easy beverage to make at home instead of stopping by the coffee shop. It's so easy to make with whatever milk of choice I have on hand, and to customize by playing around with the ratio of the chai to milk and making it hot or iced. I have tried a few other brands but this is the best and has a nice happy medium of caffeine.

The aroma isn’t too strong but you can definitely smell the spices in the chai concentrate. The flavor of the tea isn’t super strong and the flavor of the spices is stronger, so if you’re looking for an authentic chai this is not it. The instructions are very easy to follow and straight forward. Overall a 5/10 if you’re looking for an authentic chai substitute. If you’re looking for a non authentic chai latte then 7/10.

I love the flavor of this! It’s rich yet subtle. Nice vanilla flavor to it and love the ginger kick to it. It smells amazing. Tastes amazing. It’s easy to make. You can make it hot or iced. One usually lasts me a week! It has an easy screw cap so you can access this delicious fast and also helps with limiting spills!
