Q: Are you supposed to rinse it off? The directions say you should, but other toners say to leave on.

A: I wanted to know the answer to this same question. I splash rinse it off. I don't do a hardcore rinse. I wash my face in the morning and night. And if my face is really bad, I will leave this stuff on from my nightly wash without splash rinsing it off. And then my morning wash will rinse it off. Hope this helps. \(^_^)/

New bottle, new formula! The Up & Up Toner now has more aloe leaf juice in it. I find the toner to be extra hydrating, less filmy and very comfortable to use. I don't feel the need to rinse my face after using it. The toner still cleans well, feels refreshing, smells great and helps control the oiliness my combination skin .

Why Was this Taken Out of Stores
Why in the world was this toner taken out of the stores? This product does not dry out or burn my sensitive face like many other astringents/toners do, and it does not leave my face sticky. I've been using this toner for years. It seems that the recent change in agreement with Ulta to sell more products that Ulta sells, means less of the products people used on a daily basis. This is the 4th item that Target no longer sells in the stores near me (we live near major cities), leaving me to have to scramble to buy and return products that do not work the same as the products I was using.
