At first, I thought this was only because the rugs were new and were shedding loose surface fiber, but we are now into the second week of Jan. and they are still 'shedding'; they also look worn down and feel thinner. I have a small lightweight vac that I have used on the bare floor setting, only occasionally the carpet setting, but these rugs haven't taken a beating by any means. I have purchased cheap rugs in the past that didn't shed like these.

Very poor service // delivery ..
This rug was ordered almost 3 weeks ago from Target , on the day it was to be delivered , I wasn’t able to get my delivery due to a semi - truck was delivering it , it wasn’t able to deliver due to size of semi , also , the driver let me know it was damaged and the packaging was damaged as well … VERY disappointing… Target offered to cancel my order and issue a refund as soon as they had received the rug back .. which would have been nonsense , since they still had the rug ! I never got possession of the rug … they did apologize and offered to give me a $15 gift card for all of my trouble that I had to wait on the rug that sat in a warehouse for over a week here before they picked it up in a semi and the rug was damaged while it was sitting in their warehouse waiting on someone to pick it up so beware of target’s deliveries they’re not what they used to be

Poor delivery
The rug is amazing but the delivery service is terrible. The package opened in transit and was clearly heavily soiled and physically destroyed on a corner. The carrier proceeded to wrap the broken plastic and deliver it like nothing happened. Now I am dealing with a return and replacement. Very frustrating. Fortunately Target customer service is amazing but the carrier is a joke. Also, the rug is rolled with the fibers out. Why not reverse roll it to avoid this level of damage?

It’s so pretty, it does have a smell that’s the only downfall:( I have the tan color and it looks pretty true to the online picture. Ive washed my smaller size in my top loader (without an agitator) it did not fade and the backing did not shred. My larger rug I’ve taken outside and washed with dawn and vinegar and a hose with high pressure and hung to dry and it still looks great!
