LOVE this! When we transitioned my daughter into a big bed she realized she could get up any time she woke, even at the crack of dawn. This completely fixed that. Now every morning at the preset time, we hear "Woo-hoo! My clock's green, I'm awake!" from her room. And I'm proud to say we've only manipulated the wake-up time once- but we all had had a really late night after moving and desperately needed an extra hour of sleep. It works perfectly. Nice big cool green numbers that I can see without my glasses are a plus and I can keep it on one of the several dimming stages as long as I wish. I found that it does retain the current time during power outages and the dual alarm system fits my daily schedule well. And it's attractive and inexpensive. I was honestly looking for an analog travel clock, but this will do; both, give the time. My current travel clock will be used on the road. No more need to touch a backlight at night, when I am at home. I had this puppy set to my time zone in less than 1 minute. I am deaf, and wont use the radio, only the buzzer alarm and time. Per the other reviews, I felt I couldn't go wrong with this purchase. It also beat finding a clock online, and waiting for it to arrive; also, paying shipping costs. The brightness looks okay on the lowest setting, but it is not dark; yet..... see less

I purchased this clock for its size and color after redecorating my TV room. It arrive in perfect condition sooner than expected. It fits in nicely with the decor and has become the room's focal point. It is lighter in weight and even more decorative than I had thought it'd be. The hands are very delicate and it took a few attempts to adjust the hands so they wouldn't get hung up on each other. Works perfectly. see less

This clock has suited our needs just great. Our 2.5 yr old was waking up earlier and earlier. He was crabby b/c he wasn't getting enough sleep and we were struggling to get everything done in time with him up so early. My favorite function is that the green light is fully programmable-both when the light turns on, "ready to wake", and when it eventually goes off. This was important in my opinion. My niece has A DIFFERENT ONE, but the "ready to wake" light turns off after only a half hour. So if she sleeps in longer than a half hour then she's missed it. with THIS ONE it will stay on 'til the time you programmed it to turn back off--for us it's several hours after we think he'l go to bed....you know, just in case we're lucky enough to have him sleep in several hours! Lastly, I should add that I love how its either batter-powered or can be plugged in. see less

It ran well and I thought it was OK, however a couple of days later it stopped again. I replaced the battery and it started up again, but lost 2 hours over the next 6 hours. Bought this in store, brought home only to discover that the second hand was no longer attached to the center of the clock. Returned to store thinking that this particular clock was poorly made and exchanged for another identical clock. I was wrong. Got the second clock home and hung it on the wall. Apparently this clock was not meant to be hung as the second hand stayed fixed at the 6 feebly ticking away. As I was putting it back in the box to return yet again, the second hand fell out of place.... To say the least, I am not amused. see less

For the price, the clock is quite good looking as shown. The case doesn't feel fragile and seems to be well protected against moisture. I need this because I put it in the bathroom but out of the shower. Having a sec hand is good to indicate that the clock is running. But the clock ticks. It's not suitable for the bedroom, nor en suite bathroom. There are no minute markings, so if you want to set the clock accurately, the best is to wait until noon. see less

im 14 and i love the way the colors change. it's an alarm clock so the features are a pretty basic. I think its a great alarm clock and it does its job. I wake up on time and when i do wake up, i can see the pretty colors!!!!! see less

Pretty much you get what you pay for. We'll be keeping ours. The only real problem is that we have ours set up near our house phone due to a limit on outlets . The phone and clock somehow interact and the radio becomes all staticy, with a buzzing sound to it. see less
