My son loves these markers, and they are the first thing my niece asks for when she comes to visit. She's only 1 y.o., so she draws mainly on her hands and clothes but that's not a problem as these markers wash off easily, even from the white clothes. Thanks Crayola! see less

I bought this for my daughter and she plays with it nonstop. I also printed off other sheets for educational purposes and fun and use them as well as the sheets it comes with. My daughter is really hard to buy for and never sticks to any one toy and plays with this constantly. Great for traveling as well. see less

My daughter got this for her 4th birthday. She absolutely loves it!! It has helped her in learning to write her letters and numbers. It is also really easy for her to use. She can switch out the sheets by herself, which makes it great for a busy mommy. So glad she received this gift!! Have already recommended it to other moms for their toddlers! see less

THE TOWER WILL FALL DOWN IF YOU ARE ROUGH WITH IT. THEY SHOULD HAVE IT SNAP INTO PLACE BETTER. MY KIDS HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE TOWER. ALL THE MARKERS WORKED WELL OTHERWISE I'D LET CRAYOLA KNOW OR EXCHANGE IT! TARGET WILL EVEN TAKE BACK WITHOUT THE RECEIPT IF YOU HAVE THE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD YOU USED! This product was a gift for my 8 year old. He loves it! I suggested the gift for him because he is very good at bringing a picture alive with colors. He has had no problems with the markers with the exception of about 3 that were dry. The rest were perfect and let him color away. He stays organized and learns to experiment with other colors. He travels to grandmas' with it or whenever he knows he will need to keep busy somewhere. He has 3 other siblings, so these markers are all his own and permission must be given by him for any borrowing to be allowed. The tower stays up with no problem at all. I do wish it had some kind of carrying handle built in it though. Other than that this is my son's favorite. see less

I do have to start off by saying we didnt have any problems w/ dry markers. IM glad to say they were all fine. Maybe the other reviewer ended up w/ a bunch that were sitting in the store long? I dont know but I would have taken it back for another.anyway, what is nice is how the child does not lose them! Puts them back as he uses them, "even w/ the tops" which is a huge improvement! Usually all of our markers end up with no tops & the markers dry up & get thrown away. Also nice to see each color perfectly. Neon, regular, pastel, nice verity in one case! The 'only' thing I dont like is its made from cheap plastic & instead of the layers of the tower staying in place it constantly falls & you have to pop it back up in place. There are times also when having a hard time getting it back in place it just pops out & the markers go flying. I would say you have to have some patience with this product & if you do you and your child will enjoy this. I know we have. the marker & crayons. see less

I grew up with a light table that worked much like this one (it had a 15 watt light bulb) and used it for years tracing the pictures it came with, tracing maps for school, and doing layout work. With this safer LED lighting, it is great for even a 6 year old, and yet is useful enough that a creative adult could find lots of uses for the lighted pad (may buy one for myself, just for the light pad). Bought one for a granddaughter for her birthday. She started using it immediately and loves it. Her sister wants one for her birthday, so I got another. Also, bought one for a grandson, and a niece for Christmas. (Four different children ages 6-11 and I have no doubt based on my own childhood experience that they will all love it.) My only complaint is that it says right on the box that there are more images online that you can print off and use for tracing, even this site says so. It says to go to www.crayola.com/tracing. However, I tried to find that site for 10-15 minutes and all that kept coming up were places to buy the light-up tracing pad. It would really be nice to be able to print off more tracing sheets on subjects other than those available (2 scenes each with 4 pages of related things to trace per scene) when you buy the pad. It comes in a girls version (fashion scene and horse scene) or a boys version (rock band and soccer goalie). Although a child (or adult) whose creativity has a lot of inventiveness to it will find lots of things all over the place to trace, it would be nice to be able to go to the web and print out other scenes with their related pages. see less

My daughter and I really enjoyed gathering up all of the broken crayons from around the house, and using them to create new crayons. I would recommend using crayons of just 1 colour, so that you get better use out of the crayons as some colour combinations make ugly swirly crayons that are not very useful. see less

The icons on the screen are confusing and the instructions are not much help. But both of ours work just fine with Duracell batteries. I have a feeling most people are using old batteries or cheap batteries and are having problems. The reason I say this is because I found a 6V adapter in my house and tried to use it. MY adapter does not put out enough amps and it spins but NOT FAST ENOUGH for the LEDs to turn on. I put batteries in it and it started and ran fine, so I plugged the adapter back in and it continued to work, but it had a flashing effect because it was spinning too slow. I feel there is something programmed in to keep it from lighting up unless it spins fast enough so kids do not get sick from the flashing. So before you take it back, try new high quality batteries so it can spin up properly. I will be buying a higher amperage adapter so it can actually run the units properly. Plus, running it on carpet causes the safety stop switch on the bottom to activate often, making it seem like it wants to shut off very often. This is probably correct because the switch is there to prevent damage if it is moved while running. Put it on a table so the switch can do its job to protect the mechanical part of the toy, it will stay on while on a table unless it is moved. Lastly, all that commented about the 70's pong looking graphics need to appreciate the technology in this toy. Its not a LCD screen in there, it is spinning LED's on a stick with a computer controlling their color. It creates an image by changing the color of each LED in microseconds to keep the design in place on the "screen". I am impressed how they were able to create changeable images using the spinning LED technology. I cannot see how the picture quality could get much better based on how it is done. see less

Outstanding product and design. A little difficult for those under 5 to navigate, but hours of fun for the littleones. You cannot rate this as an adult trying to play with it! it was a fun gift and my kids have had hours of fun. Only con: nothing in the manual about the power adapter and I would like to not have to buy "D" batteries every other day. Great product and better than the light bright with puncture paper I had as a kid! see less
