Replace the cartridge of your Dyson Pure Hot+Cool Link with this Dyson Pure Cool Link replacement filter. Dyson filters are warranted against original defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Filter units that must be replaced because the filter life has expired are not covered by the warranty.
The 360° sealed HEPA filter is made from 20 feet of borosilicate microfibers pleated 333 times, to capture 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns such as allergens and viruses. While the activated carbon filter removes gases and odors. We recommend replacing your filter every 12 months. That's because over time, filters can get clogged with pollutants, reducing air flow, and the activated carbon becomes saturated and can no longer adsorb odors. Warning we have only tested Dyson Genuine replacement filters to perform at HEPA standard. We recommend only Dyson Genuine filters to ensure a sealed filtration system and proper functioning of the machine.

Q: Hi there, Ive got HP01 and I am in need of blocking as much VOC out as possible. Is this the same filter as what's called the "360' Glass Hepa Filter" on the Dyson site? Is this filter the highest level of filtration this Dyson pure hot + cold can be?

Q: I have the HP02. The description states “Its dual-layer HEPA & activated carbon filter...” but nowhere does the description on the Dyson site does it say that the HP02 filter has activated charcoal. Does this filter have activated charcoal?

Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The overall life of your filter can vary. This will depend on machine usage, and both indoor/outdoor air quality. If you use your machine for 12 hours every single day, the filter would last roughly a year. If it's a time of year when there's more allergens in the air, for instance, that can cause the machine to run in auto mode (if you use it), for a longer period, which can also affect filter life. Price is a little much, but it is certainly worth the investment. The filter works great with Dyson Pure Cool Machines to clean particles from the air. I live in apartment housing and the filter lasted about seven months for me—but I usually run it all the time. I waited to write a review until the filter needed replacement to compare it to an unused filter to show just how many particles the filter traps! It does an excellent job of cleaning the air (left filter in photo is old one; right filter in photo is unused).

It's kind of expensive, especially if, like me, you run the Dyson 24/7 and the filter only lasts 6 months. But it's a great product, and I found it really helpful when our air quality suffered to do wildfires (that were VERY far away, but still affected our air). And I was "shocked" at the amount of dust and dirt when I removed the used filter! Wow! It does a great job!
