This costume was a hit! I have a 1 year old and a 3 year old (which I got the smurfette costume- adorable!). While trick-or-treating this Halloween everyone commented on how cute they both looked. As for sizing, I would say "toddler" means about 2T, it was a pinch too big for my large 1 year old, and too short for my 3 year old (she had smurfette, but same concept). If you have a child that is 2T then it should fit perfect- LOVE IT! see less

I ordered this costume for my 2-year-old in the largest 'toddler' size, when it arrived it was the perfect size for my 6 month old (who wears 18 month clothing). Other than that the costume is great! it's really cozy and warm (polor fleece) and I love that it's got velcro on the inside of the legs for diaper changes!Not to mention, it is super cute on the baby! see less

I loved the costume, it was so adorable, but the wings were broken and the head band and shoe pieces were missing. I had to return it to the store. I call it false advertisement. When a 5 year old seems a costume that is what they want--not, as the fine print says, styles may vary! Vary is one thing but to receive something that is TOTALLY different is another. Other reviewers said it is trick pholography--maybe I should be happy that I didn't get the one pictured. But explain that to a 5 year old. Come on Target you can do better! You have just lost me as a customer. see less

Trick photography! Actual costume is nothing like the picture. The yellow feathers around the neck, wrists, antenea and shoes is almost non-existent. They must have taken the fluff off 10 costumes to make the one in the picture. As soon as you remove it from the packaging, most of the yellow fluff has fallen off. The straps to secure the wings would not fit around an actual bee! The skirt is not at all full, ruffly and layered. It's cheap and rips upon touching it. Do Not waste your time on this costume. see less

The costume itself is surprisingly well made. Most halloween costumes are very thin, but not the case with this outfit. If you are wondering, the head piece is completely separate, which is a MUST for my son. He will not wear anything on his head. Problem: This costume runs SMALL. He is turning 2 tomorrow and is tall for his age (90% for height, 75% for weight). We could barely squeeze the 2T - 4T on his body. We are still 2 months away from the big day, so we have to return. I am sad because it so well made and would be perfect. He wouldn't be able to wear any clothes on underneath! see less

The medium fit my 8 year old well, but I have to say it looks better in the photo than in real life. The actual costume looks nothing like the picture. This costume made my daughter look very frumpy. This costume is cheaply made. The plastic comb that is attached to the head piece is worse than something you find at the dollar store. It was really hard to attach the fan to my daughters hair because the plastic comb part was really bendy. The head piece also fell apart after a while. As for the actual dress, it is cheaply made as well. There were loose threads all over the costume and the sleves of this costume is a lot shorter looking than in the picture. It was about 3 to 4 inches shorter than in the picture. Save yourself time and money and don't buy this. see less

This is no where near as cute in person as the picture would have you believe. It doesn't even match the picture on the package it comes in. In the picture, there are actual buttons on the outfit - on the actual outfit, the 'buttons' are black pieces of felt sewn on. The white cuffs. collar, and trim that look so plush in the picture are just not and the material is cheap polyester. I returned this and was roaming through the store and found an adorable Santa suit in the baby section that was less expensive and much better quality. Don't waste your money on this!! see less

I purchased this for a two year old, the 2T-4T. It would possibly fit a one year old well. The costume is very cute but if your child is up to a year and a half old, order the 2T-4T. This NOT going to fit most two year olds let alone 3 or 4 year old Toddlers which is what the sizes leads one to believe. see less

I'm happy with the quality of the Dragonsaurus costume. It is going to look adorable on my little boy! The color is great and the material is nice. It will be nice and warm for trick-or-treating!It's well made for a Halloween costume, but it runs small. I ordered the Toddler size for my 32lb 2 year-old and it already comes up to his knees. I will be returning it for the next size up.The picture is a little deceiving because it does not show that the costume has wings. I want a more traditional looking dinosaur, so I will be taking the wings off. It looks like it will be a 5 minute sewing project.Over all very happy! see less

This is a very cute costume that is actually put together really well compared to a lot of costumes that lack quality. The only thing that is wrong with it is the sizing is misleading. I bought this for my 2 year old thinking the 2T - 4T size would be appropriate - it was way off! This is more for a one year old or smaller, not a toddler. Love that the wings are attached by velcro and stayed on good! The hair we thought would be better than yarn tied around a headband so the headband would not stay on her head. I tried to attach bobby pins to keep it in but w a 2 1/2 yr old she was not much for it so we didn't end up using the hair piece. The top of the wand is also just tied on the stick so it was broke off before she even tried the costume on. But being a girl she had other wands to use so that was not a big deal. The dress was great! We were able to fit a long sleeve shirt and leggings under to go out trick or treating in ND. Costume great, wings great, wand not a big deal, hair piece did not like. see less

My daughter is 12 months and wears 18 months clothes but since i read the reviews that said the 12-18 was too big i decided to go with the 6-12 months and it fit perfect! so i would recommend to get the 6-12 months if your baby is 12months or smaller. it might be a little bit snug but since its just for one day it will be fine. very happy with this purchase! see less

I love this costume! It was our baby's first Halloween and she looks absolutely adorable in the costume. The quality is amazing for the price. It definitely looks like a 100 dollar costume vs one that's 35 dollars. My daughter is pretty long/tall, she's currently 5 months but wearing 6-9 month clothing. We got the 6-12 month, I was afraid it was going to be huge on her but actually it looks pretty good. Maybe a little long in the arms, but overall looks great! I'm very happy with this purchase and recommend those on a budget for costumes to consider this one. Especially bc the quality doesn't reflect the inexpensive price! see less

The wings looked amazing and the tail was nice and soft but still kept its shape. The head piece fit nicely as well. I bought this costume for my 3 year old last year and he was so excited. It is one of the most authentic looking costumes out there for kids that I have found. Easy to wash holds up well, I have only washed a couple times so I am not sure about repeated washing. My son wanted to wear this over and over. The only bad thing about it is the sizing according to the package it is 2T-4T but my 3Ter was pretty snug and he's a small kid. The package mentions a larger size but no one seems to carry it and he wants to be this again. Overall a great costume but be wary of the sizing so buy ahead of time. see less

This costume worked perfectly. The only needed improvement is elastic straps to go under the feet and keep the legs from riding up. Also maybe some flipper gloves or feet would really make it a complete picture. He wore it 3 times during the Halloween season and the nylon bandana and belt had some "runs" in it right off the bat. By the end, the pants had tore in the back along a seam, fixable. I ordered the infant size for my almost 6 month old. She's a relatively long & lean baby. The belt is the only thing that is the right size for a baby - otherwise the costume is HUGE. I'd estimate it to be size 2T. I tried it on her and when the belt hits her waist, the collar is above the top of her head. Her arms only come halfway through the sleeves. The hat/wig is a joke fits my 5 yr old better than my 5 month old. I'd save it for next year, or even the year after, but there's no way the waist will still fit next year. I cannot believe there is any human child - let alone a baby - who is long and skinny enough to fit this. The belt got creased already just in the trying-on attempt. Otherwise though the quality is decent, at least as far as Halloween costumes go. see less
