This is my absolute hands down no lie favorite brush. I use this with my bareminerals foundation and I get a great even coverage. It's so soft. I love using it every day. I actually own three.. One for foundation one for veil and one just in case. I haven't experienced any shedding in any of the three. Another review said they had clumps coming out.. Then you got a defective brush.. Go exchange it. Defects can happen to any brand. Personally I'm in love with this brush and I'm excited to recommend it to everyone! see less

This brush may be called a complexion brush, but I use it as a blush and bronzer brush. Yes, the bristles do seem a bit long to use it as a foundation brush, in my opinion. I am fair skinned, so I prefer a larger blush brush, to give a soft glow using bronzer. Try it ELF's bronzer, it's great too. Just like all the ELF brushes, it is extremely soft and does not shed at all. Also, the bristles do not break off, like some other high-end natural brushes, so it does not irritate my skin. The quality is great, and you can't beat the price. see less

For a starter or extra set of brushes, this is a great deal. The handles do have a tendancy to come loose or even detach. That being said, it has happened to my more expensive brushes, so take out the super glue and put it back together. Some may feel this is too much effort, but they are unlikely to detach soon again, and why repurchase if the brush works? Still a cheap deal for the usefulness of the brush. Synthetic bristles, so do not use any type of conditioning shampoo, it may leave a residue behind that will effect how it picks up product. Don't restrict yourself to the brush's description. A smal eye brush could be used for concealer, powder brush to buff makeup after application. All brushes can be used wet or dry where useful. So if you like cream makeup, like blush, eye shadow, etc., then this set will work well. see less

So after reading all the review and looking at many many youtube clips on the product you want to buy. At the in of the day the decision is still going to be your own. Well I made a decision to go ahead and purchase this Sonia Kashuk Blending Spong from Targets because the price was good. I thought well if I get it, and I don't like at least I did not spend that much money. Any way when I did receive my spong and I use it with some foundation make-up. My make-up on my face came out amazing. I love this blenging spong and I enjoy useing it, and I will buy again and again from Target. It really does make my face look flawless and my friend. I wish I knew about it 3 years ago for other special occasions such as wedding and school dances. I have to wear black eyeliner and am often challenged when applying it. This brush is a life saver. it allows me to put it on smoothly and create a wing edge for when i wear cat eye makeup. sometimes my hand shakes and this brush still works, because of the length, it makes it so much easier. The tip is very fine and thin. but not too flexible. it stays firm even after multiple washes. I am so happy that I purchased this liner brush. see less

Love this. I usually use an angle brush and don't have problems with normal liner brushes, but decided to give this a try anyway. The handle feels and looks nice in your hand, and the bent angle of the brush does make it more ergonomical and easier to see where you're lining. TIP-I think the keys are keeping your elbow steady on a counter or placing your pinky on your cheek and making shorter strokes, as opposed to one long swipe. The brush is thin and dense enough for the perfect line. I think this is a great brush for eyeliner beginners, but also just a great quality liner brush! see less

I bought this a few years ago and used it religiously until a few months ago I tried to branch out and try different eyelash curlers. Boy, that was a mistake! I had a Revlon one in my makeup bag but it really took a beating, collapsing within a matter of months. I pulled back out my Sonia Kashuk eyelash curler and couldn't be happier. It has lasted years in my makeup bag and never loses its shape. It does a wonderful job of curling lashes, as well. I just periodically sanitize it with rubbing alcohol and replace the pad. I guess you could say it's my "old reliable." see less

I don't love this brush. I barely like it. I find that Sonia Kashuk's limited edition brushes typically aren't stellar nor is the quality that great. Her other brushes are much better though. I've so far had a few hairs fall out. Hopefully it stays that way but I had very bad luck with my [...] which had major fallout and I eventually just threw it away. I do like the size of this kabuki brush head which is quite large. The design is cute. The bristles aren't that soft. The brush does the job and I'll continue to use it since I purchased it but I wouldn't recommend it. I would invest my money into one of her brushes from her regular lines. see less

I love Sonia Kashuk's brushes and despite having most of them already I tend to buy her limited edition ones regardless. I like the idea of this brushroped texture to prevent slipping, and a nice sized kabuki brush that's not too big (if that's what you're looking for). However the brush feels cheap after I received it in personit's light and the plastic-ey feeling is more prominent than the other brushes I have. It still functions well as a brush of course, but just doesn't have as much of a luxury feeling as her other limited edition brushes. see less

I used this brush this morning, and have a couple things to say. 1) The brush handle is really nice and allows you to get a good hold on the brush, it is also very light and good looking2) The application of liquid foundation with the brush is pretty good, I didn't get any streaking or uneven areas, and it covered pretty well, these pros could be from the foundation that I use though (Clinique's perfectly real) but the brush feels ultra soft and I didn't get any shedding of the bristles3) The only thing that I have to say I didn't really fall in love over was the proportion of the brush. The handle is big and thick and sturdy and the bristle part of the brush felt a little undersized, just out of proportion, it is good for smaller details, but not much. I wish that part of the brush was bigger. If you have a tiny face and tiny features, you might want to consider it though. see less

While Shiseido's one of my favorite brands, I'm not about to spend $ for their blotting papers when I can get Sonia Kashuk's at over half the price than the other department store brand. The attractive box that Sonia Kashuk blotting papers are packaged in indicate they're made in Japan and with a quality that's comparable to Shiseido, this is an excellent value! see less

I'm not hesitant to drop money on expensive makeup brushes if they really perform, so when I discovered this brush and experienced how wonderfully it was designed, as well as how evenly it applied makeup I was sold! I absolutely love that the handle is sturdy and conforms to your hand. The bristles are quite soft and disperse liquid foundation with ease! I also like the color of not only the handle but the bristles of the brush as well so if product happens to get left behind on the bristles they do not get stained which can be unsightly... All in all, this foundation brush was a great purchase as it was quite affordable and seems to be lasting a while! I can't wait to check out some of Sonia's other makeup brushes! see less

When I first saw this brush, it was being used on tutorials on YouTube. I went out and bought it myself because some girls were raving about it. I love this brush! Its so easy to work with and fits very well in my hand. It gets all my foundation evenly all over my face. Its a very smooth brush and there was no hairs falling out of it. The price for it is a little steep, but when you buy a brush that is of higher quality you should expect to pay a little more. Overall this brush is my favorite to apply my foundation, gets me coverage where i want it and is a great price for the quality. see less

I used to use my fingers or a sponge to apply my foundation. I bought this brush out of curiosity and it made the application so easy. It also made my face look like it was airbrushed! The brush makes it easy to apply the foundation evenly and I even find myself using less. Really great tool, a must have!!! see less

These are just awful. They do a terrible job at stippling and blending. It looks like you used a dish sponge to apply your makeup. I also think they feel scratchy on the face. Walgreens has a much better product for the same price and they are latex free. see less

save your $ and don't buy these sponges.i just recently bought them for my under eye concealerand 1.It doesn't blend makeup/concealer well.2.It absorbs the makeup so much and fast that by time your blending in your makeup it has all been absorbed.3.The sponges are very thin,not great/good quality as it says it is. see less
