Q: How is the mat strap used? It only has D rings on one end. Also in the product video she describes it as a “stretching” tool but on the box it says it’s a mat strap.

I bought this a while ago and was severely disappointed in the quality, the bands are thin and roll very easily, the mat is also incredibly thin even if you used it on a matress it would be painful, the price for what you get item wise is good but terrible quality wise, you're better off getting something from her other brand popfelx

I got this kit for Easter, and I absolutely love it!!! The bands are perfect resistance, the mat is so lightweight yet cushy enough, and the strap is lovely. This set is so cute! My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the yoga mat is EXTREMELY thin and can't he used on hard wood floors. Otherwise this set is great for everything you need to start!
