It like warms up while you're brushing with it and I've never had toothpaste do that before. I'm also not a fan of the flavor or taste of it. It also feels a bit gritty to me? All and all a textural nightmare for myself and my partner. Between the heat, the grit, the flavor and feel just not for us. I have noticed a slight difference in the color of my teeth but its not enough to continue using it.

I tried to power through the taste, but I couldn’t even last long enough to finish brushing my teeth before I had to start over with my normal toothpaste. My lips were left feeling raw afterwards, so there must be an ingredient that my body doesn’t react well to. I still ended up giving it two stars because another member of my household had no issues. I guess it varies from person to person, but I have never had issues with any other toothpaste prior to this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have given the Arm & Hammer Advanced White toothpaste a trial run for a few weeks now and I am impressed.The texture is just right,not to grainy but enough to feel like it is doing something.I love the taste as well,the baking soda just kinda lurks in the background as the mint blends in nicely giving you a fresh,cleansing feeling after brushing.Also I am a big fan of foaming as it feels like I am really scrubbing my teeth clean.The whitening aspect is on par but don't expect bright,pearly whites,but it will marginally lighten them up.Overall a big thumbs up on this toothpaste!!..Glad I got the 2 pack!!

It's not as thick and sand feeling as the majority of other whitening pastes. I don't care for mint toothpaste, but this one has a subtle mint flavor. The added "stain defense" is a bonus! My teeth definitely feel cleaner after using!
