I am a frequent tea and coffee drinker and I feel like this was able to remove stains even after just a couple uses. It didn’t have a great feel and tastes great.

My teeth did appear to whiten beautifully. I have always been a fan of the arm and hammers toothpaste flavoring, and the texture wasn't gritty to me.
