Adults can rinse and gargle with 2 teaspoons (10 mL) two times a day after brushing; children ages 12-17 can rinse and gargle with 2 teaspoons (10 mL) once daily after brushing. Works as intended, I hate anything with mint or flavor so it is barely mint, no flavor, and barely feels stingy, maybe for the first or second time I used it, now it is just a touch foamy and works well, feels clean.

I was looking into some popular brands, but really go swayed from those as the ingredients and quality is not so great. I would never really pay attention to this stuff in the shelf, cause the package differs so much. The flavor’s name seems as if the rinse is going to be stinging, but not at all. It leaves good fresh minty taste after all. It is a bit pricey, but has no those junky ingredients in it and formulated by a dentist.

The packaging is simple, and the lid is designed to give the appropriate amount of mouthwash needed. The flavor is nice and not as spicy as other brands. I also like that it is alcohol free. Overall, I found that it works very well. My only complaint is that the price is a bit high.

I was worried it would be burning but it's not. It leaves a fresh minty taste. It starts killing odor-causing bacteria instantly. I love that's it's #madeintheusa and is #alcoholfree. It’s not too strong, but it definitely makes your mouth smell great and it’s really cheap for a very big bottle and the packaging is delivered nicely. I definitely recommend.

I love it and I am absolutely switching to this as my full-time mouthwash. I love that it's alcohol free so it doesn't dry out my mouth and I love that it actually has a strong minty flavor unlike other brands.

This mouthwash works really well at keeping my breath fresh for hours without the harsh burn that alcohol-based ones have. The icy mint flavor is refreshing but not overpowering. It doesn’t dry out my mouth, and I like that it feels gentle enough to use multiple times a day. It is a bit pricier than some other mouthwashes, but the results make it worth it.
