I’m always looking for a soft hold gel for my daughter to use for unruly hairs around her crown. Her hair is super thick and this keeps her hair tamed and not stiff. The consistency is a little loose compared to some of the stronger hold gels but I like that it has cleaner ingredients and it does the trick!

I've been using this gel for years and it works great. The smell is mild, the hold isn't sticky unless I really glob it on and even then it can comb out, and it gives really nice definition when combined with my leave in conditioner. Highly recommend!

Turned up in "fragrance free" product search but it is not. Made my eyes watery & puffy after a few hours. Works well to give my fine hair a better hold for ballet bun & a shiny smooth appearance for dance class but there were still some flyaways so it wasn't great for shows. Also weighs it down too much for any other style so always wanted to wash it out immediately after.

I love to use this for my updos! I use a boar bristle brush (that I also got from Target) to and this gel to achieve the “slick back” buns and ponytails that are in right now. I’m a fan of this product and would recommend. It also smells great!

No white flakes or white cast! This is the best gel I’ve used for my I 4c hair, it works beautiful it doesn't revert your hair quickly so you can maintain your length and curls. I will continue to buy this as long as it works!

This is the best gel for curly hair! You don't have to use a ton, doesn't make curls crunchy, tames frizz, smells great, and defines curls very well. I bought a ton when it went on sale to stock up! It also rates nicely on Yuka as a clean product.

No hold. For something that says “extra string hold” it’s false advertising. It’s little to no hold. It’s almost like they watered it down to make more.
