A: Hi! Thank you for the great question! You can absolutely use a toner before and a moisturizer after Overnight Glow Serum. Overnight Glow Serum contains a concentration of 20% glycolic acid to help exfoliate and improve skin texture. We would advise you to use a more nourishing / soothing toner and moisturizer. Check out Rose Tonic or Hydrating Milky Tonic and Rose Ceremide Cream - all great options to use alongside Overnight Glow Serum. We hope this helps!

Q: Is it safe to use this product along with facial waxing? I get my eyebrows waxed every 3-4 weeks and was wondering/worried that this would make my skin too sensitive for waxing the way retinol does.

A: No Need to wash this product off. This products absorbs nicely into the skin. Massage 2-3 drops onto cleansed, toned skin before moisturizer. Make sure to apply SPF in the daytime, especially when using a product with Glycolic acid.

Consistancy is key and use more than recommended.
I have used this for 4 years now, if I run out or forget to put it on more than a day my skin starts to peel and I break out. It’s a super affective exfoliation for me without causing irritation. I will say 2-3 drops is not enough, I coat my face and wait until it dries to lay down. My 20 something self really could have used this I’m 40 and my skin looks better now than I did when I was younger!

I cannot use retinols or any type of acne product as I have very challenging sensitive skin. I recently had a bad eczema rash that then turned into painful cystic acne due to a product I used to try to help it. This is the only product that has quickly and significantly decreased the breakout. It's a little burning feeling when you put it on. All you need is a drop for your whole face. It deeply hydrates without feeling greasy. The texture alone makes it a night product. But OMG waking up to better looking and healing skin is amazing.

Can cause major breakouts
Beware! I don’t have sensitive skin and I use a wide variety of skincare products without any issues, but i used this serum as directed and it caused the worst breakout I’ve had since middle school. Totally clogged my pores and ruined my skin barrier. I had to work with my dermatologist to correct my skin. Took about 3 weeks to correct. Based on the reviews, it sounds like it’s effective for some people. But personally, it was the worst skin product I’ve ever used.

Did not use long enough to know if made a strong difference in my skin. Had to stop as made my skin itch as well as did not like the feeling of it on my face as I slept. VERY THICK gel formula. Felt very slimy on my skin as well as I did not feel it sink into my skin as a serum should. This should be marketed as a treatment NOT a serum. Serums are to sink into your skin not sit on top. I don't know. I just didn't like it so I returned.

Way too thick and sticky
This product does what it says, it gives my skin a great glow and leaves it hydrated when I wash it off in the morning, but the formula is awful. It's a thick, sticky, uncomfortable mess that never completely dries down. There are so many great glycolic products out there that don't cause my face to stick to my pillow, so I won't be buying this again. Also, the packaging is awful. The dropper stopped working after a few uses, so it was impossible to get all of the product out of the bottle.
