Buy this if you want better hair and nails!!!
I was skeptical at first but I guarantee it has improved my hair and nails tremendously! I had very thin hair that would shed everytime I brushed or washed my hair I would have so much hair fall out it would be about the size of a tennis ball if you put it all together now since using this product I still have slight shedding (like a few hairs) nothing close to what I was losing before. My nails…. Oof I had acrylic nails on and my nails grew longer than my fake nails so I had to take them off. My nails are so much stronger. I definitely recommend using this product I saw some decent results after just one week of taking the vitamins it’s only getting better the longer I take them!

I just love this product brand. I have used it for many years and feel good using it. I have had a problem growing my hair and nails and this product works well for me. Be patient friends!
It's a great product. Hair is shiny, fuller, no shedding (along with my bonding shampoo and conditioner) .people think my real nails are acrylic because they are soo strong now. Its a Great price. If you're face starts to break out just hang in there for another month. It's something like a purge. Your body needs to adjust to the vitamins. Eat with a little snack so you are not nauseous. I had a mini bald spot from ripping weaves out of my hair. after I started to include this into my hair routine and it peach fuzzed and began to grow back. Long story short, give this product 3 months before you decide it's not for you. Works great for me

Best supplement for nail growth.
I take this daily and just 60 days in, my nails are longer and stronger than ever. I’ve taken other hair, skin, nail supplements with biotin that never really did much. But this one is working! My nails never grow long because they’re so soft, they tear. Now they’re all strong and not bendy, so they’re able to grow beyond the nail bed. Definitely recommend.

Too soon for resukts
I bought these a week ago. I lose my hair postpartum and wanted to try something to see if it’ll keep my hair stronger with less shedding. It’s too early to see results but I do like that they’re easy to swallow. I did get some acne… but going to add something to my skin regimen too see if it’ll help clear it up. So far they’re good.
