Target's Price Match Guarantee

• We’ll match the price if you buy a qualifying item at Target and then find the identical item for less at Target.com, in Target stores or with a Target Circle™ deal (deals that apply automatically upon identifying yourself as a Target Circle member). Price matches may be requested at time of purchase or within 14 days after purchase. 
• To request a price match for purchases made in store, provide proof of the current lower price at Guest Services in your local Target store. For Target.com or Target app purchases, chat with us online or call Guest Services at 1-800-591-3869.
• Reference the details below for more information on what items are eligible for price matching and what proof is required.

Guidelines & Limitations

• The price for an item must be listed and valid at the time of match. If Target is not able to verify the lower price, we may decline the request. 
• The item must be the identical item, brand name, size, weight, color, quantity and model number. 
• Proof of any Target Circle deal requires member sign in, sign up or mobile number entered at checkout.
• Please show the online price or digital version of the ad on your mobile device for proof of price; Target team member will verify. 
• Original receipts, physical or digital, or packing slips are required for price adjustments up to 14 days after purchase.
• In-store price matches from other Target stores are excluded.
• When price matching with the Target app, the Target app must be showing the price of the current store location.
• We match Target.com prices on in-store Target purchases and in-store Target prices for Target.com purchases. 
• Price match of items sold by Target.com or prices through the Target app are not available in Alaska and Hawaii.
• We reserve the right to deny purchase and limit quantities per guest.

Exclusions

• Target Circle Bonuses (just-for-you bonuses that you must tap to add in the Target app or on Target.com), gift card offers (Target GiftCard, specialty and pre-paid gift card), Registry completion coupons and Target coupons cannot be combined with price match. Manufacturer coupons will be applied after a price match is made, for in-store purchases only. Please review our coupon policy for additional details.
• Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, or rent / lease to own items, discount on total store or site purchase, deals that require a minimum purchase, non-branded items,
• Pricing due to typographical errors.
• All credit card offers, gift card offers financing, service offers, bundled offers, sales tax promotions, free items, rebates or mail-in offers.
• Contract mobile phone devices and the associated plans, optical, product services (warranties, assembly, etc.), clinic and pharmacy purchases and offers, or pre-order items.
• Items containing alcohol will be subject to state-by-state regulations.
• Target items cannot be price matched to Target Plus items. 

• We'll match the price of a purchased Target Plus Partner item if you find the identical item for less from the same Target Plus Partner on Target.com or with a Target Circle™ deal (deals that apply automatically upon identifying yourself as a Target Circle member). Price matches may be requested at time of purchase or within 14 days after purchase.
• For Target Plus purchases, Contact Guest Services at 1-800-591-3869 to request a price match.

• Produce items must be the identical item, brand name (e.g., Dole^®, Good & Gather™), size, weight and quantity to qualify for price match.
• Items need to be sold in the same unit of measure (per pound vs. per item).
• Non-SuperTargets can't match per-pound items.

• We match Target.com prices on in-store purchases and in-store prices for Target.com purchases. In-store price matches from other Target stores are excluded.
• Online clearance prices are separate from in-store clearance pricing.
  • In-store clearance pricing isn't visible online. Clearance items and pricing can only be found and purchased in-store.
• When price matching with the Target app, the Target app must be showing the price of the current store location.

Present the price on your mobile device from Target.com. A Target team member will then verify the match using a Target device. Screenshots or pictures cannot be accepted.

Items do not need to be in stock. Rain checks are not given for price match requests if items are out of stock.

No; an item’s price must be validated by a team member on Target.com or Target's digital ad.

Please note, online search engines may show a different price from the Target.com website due to web caching (memory stored in the computer for future use). The correct prices are on Target.com. Due to timing issues with publishing, the pricing you may find on comparison shopping sites can be outdated.

If the item is no longer on sale, we aren't able to match any of our previous prices. Prices frequently change on Target.com. Promotions are not valid on previous orders.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of items on the site may be mispriced, described inaccurately or unavailable. We may experience lags in uploading updates throughout the site and in our advertising on other sites.

We don't guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information on Target.com, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. Target reserves the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice. • Clearance, Price Cut, Temporary Price Cut and Everyday Low Price items that are excluded from the Weekly Ad and items that state "No Rain Checks" can't be rain-checked.
• No rain checks or substitutions are available for contract cell phones.
• Music, movie and software titles can't be substituted.
• Rain checks are not offered on Target.com.
• Only paper rain checks are issued and accepted.
