berry french toast
what you need
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup half and half or milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- About 1 Tbsp. butter, divided
- 1 loaf Archer Farms® Blueberry Breakfast Bread
- 1/4 cup Archer Farms Marion Blackberry PreServes
- Archer Farms 100% Pure Maple Syrup
- Whisk together eggs, half and half, vanilla and salt in medium bowl.
- Heat about 1 tsp. butter in large nonstick skillet or griddle on Medium heat. Dip bread in egg Mixture and arrange in skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides, turning as necessary. Repeat with remaining bread, buttering skillet as necessary.
- To Serve, spread each slice with preServes; drizzle with syrup.
