what you need

  • 3 grape tomatoes
  • A few leaves fresh basil
  • 6 Market Pantry Woven Wheats Crackers
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons balsamic vinaigrette

here's how

  1. Prepare toppings: slice or halve tomatoes. Cut or tear basil into slivers.
  2. Arrange crackers in a rectangle on microwave-safe plate. Sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Microwave on high heat 15 to 30 seconds just until cheese melts.
  4. Arrange tomatoes on crackers. Sprinkle with vinaigrette and basil. Serve immediately.
