what you need

  • 1 (12 ounce) package Archer Farms Frozen Edamame
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 fresh lemon
  • Sea salt

here's how

  1. Cook edamame according to package directions. Drain and pour into bowl.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  3. Eat with fingers, pulling beans from pods with teeth.
