easy hummus with cucumber dippers
what you need
- 1 (13.4 ounce) package Simply Balanced Organic Low Sodium Garbanzo Beans, drained
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- Juice of half lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 fresh cucumber
- Pulse beans and garlic in food processor until chopped.
- Add remaining ingredients except cucumber. Process until smooth.
- Wash and peel cucumber. Cut in half lengthwise and remove most of the seeds. Slice or cut into julienne strips. Serve with hummus.
This easy hummus is also delicious spread on bread or crackers in place of peanut butter.
