fruit salad smoothie
what you need
- 1/2 cup red or green grapes
- 1 medium orange, peeled and halved
- 1/2-inch thick slice pineapple, core included
- 1/4 cucumber, peeled
- 1 carrot, halved
- 1/4 apple
- 2 cups ice cubes
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Smoothie program or lowest speed.
- Turn machine on and let it complete programmed cycle or process on highest speed for 1 minute.
