what you need

  • 1/2 cup red or green grapes
  • 1 medium orange, peeled and halved
  • 1/2-inch thick slice pineapple, core included
  • 1/4 cucumber, peeled
  • 1 carrot, halved
  • 1/4 apple
  • 2 cups ice cubes

here's how

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select Smoothie program or lowest speed.
  3. Turn machine on and let it complete programmed cycle or process on highest speed for 1 minute.
