ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Skippy Natural peanut butter
  • 4 slices Sara Lee White or whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 3-4 slices thin-cut bacon, cooked until crisp and drained on paper towels
  • 1/4 English cucumber, thinly sliced

directions

Spread peanut butter on the bread slices and layer the bacon and cucumber on two of the slices. Top with the remaining bread slices, cut in quarters and pack in Ziplock bags.
