pork loin and Swiss sandwich
what you need
- 1 (pound) Hormel Always Tender Lemon Garlic Pork Tenderloin
- 4 hoagie buns, split and toasted
- 3 tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 8 slices swiss cheese
- Cook pork according to package directions. Cover; let stand 10 minutes. Cut into thin slices.
- Layer tomatoes, onion, sliced pork and Swiss cheese on each bun.
Serve with salad if desired.
