- 1/4 teaspoon anise seed
- 1/2 cup or 4 packets Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 2x1-inch strips orange zest
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (3.3 ounce) DOVE Dark Chocolate bar
Finely crush anise seeds.
Place anise, cocoa, cinnamon and orange zest in a small saucepan.
Whisk in 3 cups boiling water. Let stand 5 minutes, then stir in vanilla.
Pour through a fine strainer into 4 mugs.
Using a vegetable peeler, add dark chocolate shavings on top of cocoa and serve.
