toddler breakfast sundae
what you need
- Simply Balanced Vanilla or Plain Yogurt
- Strawberries, bananas, peaches, mango or child’s favorite fruit, cut into 1/4-inch chunks
- Whole grain O’s or other cereal
- Place a scoop of yogurt in your child’s bowl.
- Top with the fruit. (A variety is good—see what your child likes best.)
- Finish with a sprinkling of the cereal.
Gets kids used to seeing a variety of colors and textures at breakfast from a young age.
