  • Simply Balanced Vanilla or Plain Yogurt
  • Strawberries, bananas, peaches, mango or child’s favorite fruit, cut into 1/4-inch chunks
  • Whole grain O’s or other cereal


Place a scoop of yogurt in your child’s bowl.

Top with the fruit. (A variety is good—see what your child likes best.)

Finish with a sprinkling of the cereal.
