what you need

  • Simply Balanced Vanilla or Plain Yogurt
  • Strawberries, bananas, peaches, mango or child’s favorite fruit, cut into 1/4-inch chunks
  • Whole grain O’s or other cereal

here's how

  1. Place a scoop of yogurt in your child’s bowl.
  2. Top with the fruit. (A variety is good—see what your child likes best.)
  3. Finish with a sprinkling of the cereal.


Gets kids used to seeing a variety of colors and textures at breakfast from a young age.
