PROS - Great for my 5 yr old. A lot of features. U can get apps via [...]. A forward & back facing camera. pre-installed with try me games & apps. same ones on [...]. Set up family & friends 2 receive 30 sec videos from child. Easy for them 2 create and send. Has pre-installed story books U purchase 2 open & record books in your voice. Parent mode you control what child plays.Music player & kids internet access with preset safe sites you add to. Takes a bit getting used 2 on parent side, Kid side is easy. No probs with freezing. Case is well made. nice back side grips to hold with non slip material. Changeable Colored front plates is great. Overall really satisfied with how it worked for child side. CONS- Had a problem with them. Charger quit working.1st 1 USB port came loose & would not charge. 2nd 1 would not charge after 3 months. It would acknowledge when plugged in but it would go blank& on not charge. could be from rough play. Buy extended warranty. see less

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 4 yo. Functionality is spotty at best. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. Can be non-responsive and there are very limited apps available. Not at all as pretty as it is advertised. [...] see less
