[...] After purchasing, I must say that i really enjoy the iPAD Mini. In fact, I never pick up the iPAD 3 anymore - I always use the iPAD Mini. It is VERY Light and VERY Portable. Because Apple products hold their value, I'm selling my iPAD 3 and the money will pay for the iPAD Mini. From now on, I'm sticking with the iPAD Mini. If you have the iPAD , I think you will really enjoy the iPAD Mini - go for it !! see less

I love my iPad mini. I own an iPad first generation so this is a great upgrade. I also own a iPod touch and an iPhone. I loved my first ipad but it was no longer getting upgrades and it was slowing down but this was after three years and several drops. I love the size and thinnest of the iPad mini. It does everything that my first ipad did but faster and the screen to me looks so much better. I highly recommend it. see less

We got the 16gb version, and it's so great to carry around places. Weight and size are perfect. The disappointment comes when you compare it to the bigger I-pads. The main drawback is the Ram memory, which causes it to lag when buffering Youtube videos, compared to our Ipad2. I assume this is what's going on, anyway. Also, the resolution is a bit of a letdown if you're used to higher resolution from your phone. Tiny text looks less inviting, and video is not even up to 720p standards, given the screen resolution. If you want something that's bigger than an iPhone, but still easy to carry around in a purse, this is a great device. In my opinion, though... I'd wait until early next year when they up the specs a bit, or pony-up for the Retina model. The price we paid for what we got with the Mini was just way too high for now. see less

This is a great device and probably the best tablet i have ever owned. It is sleek, provides great performance, and has retina display! Let alone the technical specs Which is a A6X Quad core processor. Great. In my personal opinion apple destroys android Even though the specs on the Nexus 10 nearly double that of the iPad by a long shot with Apples software. I bought this iPad about 3 weeks ago, and while I'm still learning about all the things it can do, I have to say I love it. It's intuitive enough that you can start using it right out of the box, but to get full value and functionality out of it, you really need to read the user guide. I'm amazed by just how much this tablet can do. Aside from that, the screen is amazing! And it's FAST. With 64 GB, there's plenty of room for as many apps as you could possibly want. Works great with iTunes Match, and I love how everything syncs over my wireless network almost immediately. Setup was fast and easy, it found my home wireless network with no problem, and went through a series of questions and options that took less than 10 minutes to complete. Overall, I'm very happy with my iPad. Get it, you won't regret it. see less

I had seen other tablets and liked them but once I saw the images on the iPad I knew I had to get one. It's great for sharing my photos and keeping up with emails while I am traveling. The screen is big enough that you can use any of the many photo editing apps. see less

The iPad mini is an excellent iPad. It has all of the features of the full sized iPad packed into an easier to carry and smaller package. It is extremely light when compared to the full size iPad as well. The screen is excellent. A lot of people are complaining that it is not the "retina" display that the current iPads and iPhones have, but this screen is still pretty amazing. Spec wise it has many of the features of the current iPad - faster wi-fi, bluetooth 4.0, the better camera, stereo speakers, lightening adapter - and has the same screen resolution as the iPad 2, 10 hour battery etc. Well worth the money paid. I bought the 64GB version for the added space after having a 32GB original iPad and a 16GB iPad 3. If you want an iPad that is easy to carry, very light, and extremely capable get this iPad. see less
