The recipient is using it everyday and says it is very durable, keeps everything cold, and fits a ton of stuff. I purchased this lunch tote to replace an older, generic one that had run its course. I can't believe how much higher in quality this is for the price! It kept my frozen lunch completely solid for nearly 4 hours, which is a lot more than I can say about my old one. Definitely recommend. see less

The TV ad said it would stay cold up to 8 (or 10) hours... I have yet to have this thing remain frozen longer than 4 hours. The bag goes from the house to my truck, to my air conditioned office, where it sits until I eat lunch. By lunch, the gel is completely melted and only cool to the touch. The biggest benefit to this cooler is that it is relatively pliable since the gel is in separate sections. Would not purchase this again or recommend to a friend. see less

Within a week the Cars designs started peeling off. When the bottom compartment is empty, the lunch box won't stand up straight or falls over. One juice spill and the inside is permanently stained. Stay away from this, and any of the same design. see less

My 12-year-old daughter picked this out, along with the [...] style one. It's only available online, and her friends LOVE IT! They like to feel the soft corduroy nose and squish the soft ears. Inside is a silver insulated lining, mesh pocket, and a canvas strip for writing your name. It's a bit tighter inside than the rectangular lunch boxes with the plastic inserts, since the top is curved and not straight, but I'm still able to fit the same containers and bottles into this lunch bag. see less

I really like this lunch bag. The flexible neoprene means it stretches to accommodate a lot of food or items in odd-shaped containers, and it is easy to fit in the fridge at work, which is usually very full. I don't know about keeping food cold since I keep my lunch bag in the fridge, but it is great for getting food from point A to point B in a cute and stylish way. see less

I purchased this bag because of the boyish colors for my 4yr old son to use at day care. What you don't see in the pictures are... Inside, it has a strong metallic insulation, which should add longer cool storage for your food. Outside, it has an additional side zippered pocket that is not insulated. It was perfect to store my son's reusable travel Thomas the Train silverware, since I'm not doing disposable. It can hold a kid cuisine meal without having to remove it from the carton. There is enough room to store his sippie cup and a few other things as well as an ice pack to keep it cool for a longer period of time. For those who are looking to purchase this for a female, it also came with a shoulder strap. It's smaller than the Thermos brand in length, which I have, but you can fit just as much in it. It's the cutest thing for anyone looking for a reasonable size lunch tote to carry your food in. My son was excited to see it. see less

I was looking for a roomy, stylish lunch tote to use for a camera bag. This is my favorite. It looks like a purse, is neutral enough to go with everything I will wear on a trip, is padded to keep my camera safe, and is roomy enough to fit my [...] an extra lens, wallet, glasses, lipstick, etc. The straps are a little cheap looking. But overall, I'm thrilled with this bag. Camera bags that look like purses cost[$]. What a bargain! see less

I purchased this lunchbox for my teen-aged daughter. She picked it out after searching for hours upon hours for "the perfect lunchbox." I pack her lunch daily, and all though this lunchbox is cute as can be, it is extremely difficult to pack in an organized fashion. She has a sandwich container that is used almost daily, and fitting that in there along with an apple, a cheese stick, and a juice box isn't necessarily difficult, but the apple has a tendency to slip around and become bruised. The pictures make this lunch bag look a lot bigger than it actually is, which was one hesitation I had with purchasing it, I didn't want her to lug a HUGE lunchbox, but it does seem smaller than in the pictures. It seems to have a hard time keeping its shape, the sides protrude out of the bottom, causing more packing issues. The pocket on the lid is super helpful, it holds full-sized silverware, and two napkins. It was very difficult to find a full sized backpack that looked cohesive with the lunchbox, so we gave up hope, and finally just bought a backpack that matched the green on the leaf on the pull of the zebra. Overall my daughter loves the lunchbox, which makes me love it. see less

The actual product color is closer to teal than the blue in the picture. Barely shown in the picture is an additional handle on the left side of the bag. I love that the top handle clips open and closed. I clip it on to my school bag so I won't have to worry about carrying multiple bags or losing my lunch. The insulation keeps food cool, not cold, for at least four hours. I love the included water bottle. The exterior pocket isn't very wide, but can still hold a lot of stuff while staying closed. Sometimes the zipper kinda gets stuck around the corners, not caught up in the insulation, just stuck on its own track, while annoying this isn't very bothersome. Absolutely great considering how cheap it is. see less
