This is a inexpensive and great eyeliner. One i have applied it i don't have to worry about it running,smudging or flaking or irritating my eyes. When I clean my eyes it come off well!

honestly worst eyeliner ive ever used by far. Ive been doing makeup daily for over a decade now and have never experienced an issue like this. When I first took off the cap i placed it on the back end of the pencil and managed to break the entire thing when taking it off the back end.The top will no longer go on im not sure why and everything seemed to just fall apart, the smudger can be put back on but nothing else. Terrible packaging.

USED TO BE great for the last 20+ years, now it SUCKS. "New and Improved" is a load of CRAP. It is for sure NEW, but certainly not IMPROVED. I wish you would bring back the OLD & TRADITIONAL formula. It may be too late though, because all of your loyal, repeat customers have moved on and found better product elsewhere by now. Hope the poor business decisions of your executives cause the demise of your brand.

This eyeliner is the best, you have no idea how many times I have bought it, it is incredibly perfect and precise when applied, the intensity of its color is unique, I have bought other super expensive ones and nothing can compare to this one from the Revlon brand, well Revlon is special for me, it is simply the best.

This liner is very easy to apply. It doesn't smudge or smear as liquid liner tends to do . This product also seems to last longer than liquid eyeliner.

Had this for 2 wks and don't use much it is used the little bit that's left falls out of applicator for the price not worth it it should be priced at 50 cents. I have got better in the fly at a dollar store
