I was so excited to get this Crock-Pot brand and it ended up being completely useless. I provided pics of the still raw chicken breast after cooking 4 hours on high. I'm guessing it would take 10 plus hours to make chicken soup in this glorified plate warmer. It only gets warm, not hot! I can only imagine using this to keep food warm after cooking it on the stove on like a holiday or something. 🙄 I want my money back but it's not even worth the hassle of returning it. 🙄

Target needs to aplly quality assirance to packaging process. Outside Shipment bix is oerfectly fine and solidifies this box was damaged prior to being packaged.
Item arrived in a severely damaged box! This was supposed to be a gift and I am embarrassed to give now as it is ootentially damaged as well.

HOT Pot
Even though I bought the wrong item Target let me keep it so I decided to test it out. The cord is short so I had to rearrange the things on my kitchen counter top to make a place for it to sit near the plug. I set it on warm and it heats up quickly, but one must be very careful the outside of the pot is very hot and you can burn yourself.

Works great but doesnt last forever
I bought this on sale last year but had to replace again this year due to the temperature knob breaking. For how cheap it is, this still does a great job. We use it multiple times a week and as long as you soak after use it doesn’t leave stains. The white does show stuck on food easier which is a plus for us so we know it’s clean, but some might prefer the black colored pots for that reason.

Doesnt Last for More Than a Year
This crockpot was a great size and I used it maybe once or twice a month. Exactly 1 year after purchase, the knob decided to no longer click to the setting I want, it spins aimlessly. You shouldn't have to buy a new crockpot every year, especially when it hasn't been used more than 20 times. I don't recommend.
