You Get What You Pay For? Rubbish.
"Stainless" steel oxidized fingerprints from unboxing within a few hours, had to burnish them off with steel wool. Impossible to keep looking good with normal cleaning. Plastic handles feel like they're low quality and will probably get brittle enough to break after a few months of regular use. Lid doesn't fit neatly on the crock so it allows a lot of heat to escape through uneven wide gaps which means it takes longer to heat food fully plus it loses a lot of liquid to evaporation and the handle on top is already loose after two uses. This was on 35% off sale and my 20 year old crockpot finally broke so I bought it. Company quality has really fallen off a cliff and I don't expect this to last until the warranty expires in a year. Probably headed to a thrift store to find an older model and maybe keep this around as a holiday backup for keeping mashed potatoes hot.

I was so excited to get this Crock-Pot brand and it ended up being completely useless. I provided pics of the still raw chicken breast after cooking 4 hours on high. I'm guessing it would take 10 plus hours to make chicken soup in this glorified plate warmer. It only gets warm, not hot! I can only imagine using this to keep food warm after cooking it on the stove on like a holiday or something. 🙄 I want my money back but it's not even worth the hassle of returning it. 🙄

Target needs to aplly quality assirance to packaging process. Outside Shipment bix is oerfectly fine and solidifies this box was damaged prior to being packaged.
Item arrived in a severely damaged box! This was supposed to be a gift and I am embarrassed to give now as it is ootentially damaged as well.

HOT Pot
Even though I bought the wrong item Target let me keep it so I decided to test it out. The cord is short so I had to rearrange the things on my kitchen counter top to make a place for it to sit near the plug. I set it on warm and it heats up quickly, but one must be very careful the outside of the pot is very hot and you can burn yourself.
