Love this! I got this to replace the same exact one I had for years. It worked well just the lid broke. So I am hoping this one lasts as long as my last one. I love the size of it. Decent size for 3 people meal.

The exterior gets hot before the interior. It took the pot nearly 45 minutes to get warm. It definitely lives up to its name - SLOW cooker. Boxing it up now to return to the store. Great price but I will pay extra for one that works.
3 months the knob broke.

Knob broke and didn’t notice till the 90 day mark. I had to fight tooth and nail with return staff to take it even though today was the 90 day mark. Luckily I asked for a lead and she returned it. So yeah ok the low temp doesn’t work the best can really only use the high setting.

Did not get warm/ hot quickly compared to my other crockpot. I wanted this as an option for smaller meals. I was expecting it to be small and powerful, but it’s not. Will be returning for the 6 quart.

Nice size.I bought this Christmas Eve to use for Christmas day festivities. It's smaller than my standard crock pot but perfect as a secondary crockpot for the vegetables I made . A glass pan of veggies made in the oven fit in here comfortably . Would recommend .
Doesnt work at all after 1 use, just within days of the 90 day return window. Hard to get retirned.

I'm in need of a new crockpot. This was the perfect size. But when I went to cook in it, what would normally take 3 hours to cook on high, in this crockpot it took 6 hours to cook on high. It never got hot enough.

Lid does not creat seal

Lid does not create seal. There are clear gaps between lid and actual crockpot. This means things take longer to cook. Food never reaches boil.

Hello Thank you for taking your time to post this review. Stoneware gaps were designed that way to prevent the stoneware from breaking when it expands because of the heat. Advanced design now allows for a more effective release of steam from the cooker, which prevents any buildup of pressure and/or damage to your lid. There should be no concern if you see a small gap between your lid and the crock itself. However, If you feel that the gap is too big, please contact us directly so we can assist you further. You can reach us via our official CrockPot "Contact Us" website or through LiveChat. We’re available Mon.-Fri. 9am -5pm Eastern Time. Thank you and please stay safe! CrockPot Consumer Care
Does not cook meat well.

This does not cook meat well. The high heat setting is not much hotter than the low heat setting. It’s like this crockpot never gets quite hot enough to cook meat tender. I’ve had chicken & beef in this thing all day and when they are done, the meat is tough and bad textured.

Hello! We are sorry to hear your CrockPot does to cook meat well. If your Crock-Pot® slow cooker does not seem to cook meat well, it may be due to several factors. Lean meats, such as chicken or pork tenderloin, typically cook faster than those with more connective tissue and fat, like pork shoulder. Bone-in meats also take longer to cook compared to boneless cuts. Most dishes generally require about 7-8 hours on the 'Low' setting and 3-4 hours on 'High' to reach the simmer point, where flavors infuse and the meat becomes tender. If food isn't done after the recommended time, it could be due to voltage variations, altitude, or humidity affecting cooking times. Additionally, ensure that the slow cooker is filled to ½ to ¾ capacity for optimal results. If cooking frozen meat, be aware that the suggested cooking time may need to be increased, and using a meat thermometer is recommended to ensure the meat reaches a safe temperature above 165°F for tenderness. If you need our assistance, please reach out to us via our official CrockPot "Contact Us" website or through LiveChat. We’re available Mon.-Fri. 9 am -5 pm Eastern Time. Thank you!
