Q: How can you switch it to warm? Lets say I set it to high 4 hrs. After the cooking it goes to warm, I then need an additional 2 hrs so set it back to 4 hrs but want it to go to warm after 2.
A: Hello Steven! Thank you for your question regarding your Crock-Pot 6qt Cook & Carry Programmable Slow Cooker. After the cooking cycle ends, the unit automatically switches to Warm mode. If you want to extend cooking time after it enters Warm, you can simply reset the cook time by selecting your desired heat setting and duration. Once the extended cooking time ends, it will return to Warm automatically. Tips that may help you: 1. Plan additional cooking time in increments if you want to avoid overcooking. 2. Make sure the lid is properly sealed to maintain consistent heat during the extended cooking period. Please don’t hesitate to contact us through the official website’s Contact Us form, or by phone or chat, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM ET. Thank you, Crock-Pot Consumer Care Team
