A: No it doesn’t, cook on high setting for up to 6 hrs. Cook in low setting for 8-10 hrs. But you need to set a timer or keep track of time

No way to get a replacement lid if needed.

Second time using the crock pot and I shattered the lid. But you can't even get a replacement one! It doesn't exist. Meanwhile, my other slow cooker lid was baked in the oven and still worked, dropped multiple times and didn't shatter but I at least could get a replacement.

Overcooks everything! Chicken stew that was supposed to take 8 hours on low, was overcooked & dried out after 4, and I used chicken thighs which are hard to dry out in a slow cooker with broth.. I’ve used 6 times and same results! I’ve been using slow cookers for over 40 years, and never had this issue… So it’s definitely this crockpot!

No temp control

I like the navy color, the timer, ease of use, as well as the locking lid. However, there is no temp control, regardless of the button choices. It boils my roasts regardless of temp. My roast today was on low (boiling) so I turned it down to "keep warm". A couple of hours later, it was still boiling and my roast was starting to dry out. Pretty disappointed.

This slow cooker has one temperature regardless of where you set it and that is straight up scorching. I received this as a gift and am so sad that I have to go buy a different one. Even on warm, with the lid off, my food was boiling! It’s ruined my dinner for the last time. Do yourself a favor, and find something else.

Given to me as a gift, it is lovely looking, light weight and large enough. First use high 4 hours beef potaoes veggie put in at different times burnt bubbling on both ends during hot-low-warm same cooking temperatures burnt food and ven with liquid in pot the whole time beef was large outside burnt on both ends where liquid was bubbling alot.

This thing cooks hotter on low and warm than it does on high. It cooks way to hot. The clips are crap and water and condesation gets trapped inside.

Boils and burns on warm from first use. Thankfully I still have my old crockpot that works beautifully after 19 years. I’m not sure if it just a defective unit or an overall quality issue. I have a warranty claim in process.

My husband bought this as gift and it has consistently overcooked meals. The low setting is way too high. I have been cooking crockpot meals for years and have never had this issue. We specifically bought this brand because it was the same one our mothers used growing up and we have used raising our kids. This is not the crockpot we grew up on. Poor quality. Do not buy!

My old one (that lasted 15 years) broke. So I got a new one. I’m obsessed with this one. Its color is GORGEOUS. It actually feels lighter than my old one. It cooks evenly and exactly how it should. The timer is so nice, also the locking lid locks tight. I’ve used it multiple times at this point and every time the food comes out perfect. I will be getting another one of these in the same model. It’s great and makes life so much easier to have dinner on the table on those busy nights. 10/10 recommend.

Do not purchase this crock-pot unless you like to return items, eat glass and encounter terrible customer service from the Crock-Pot customer service department - please note that Target was not a problem to deal with with our first return of this item but the second unit had an issue we contacted Crock-Pot customer service directly. Our fist meal in the unit was a total failure - the unit itself literally was boiling the food on the 'warm' setting and when we went to serve the food for dinner - the lid had completely shattered and was falling on the food. Not only that but the lid appeared to adhere to the ceramic part as well even though there was no over spillage on it. We contacted Crock-Pot directly and were told we had to send in photos so they could review and see if their unit had 'failed'....we did so and had to leave the unit on our counter without removing the food until they gave us a decision - after a few days, we were told we had to return it to them and could empty it out before sending it back. They did send us a pre-paid label via FedEx that we then needed to drop off at a FedEx pick-up location. Since our meal had been ruined and was inedible with the glass pieces we picked up Chinese food to replace...we attached the receipt for the food and asked to please be reimbursed for this - we did not ask for a refund on the food in the unit but it would have covered more than one meal. The opted to send us a new replacement unit in a completely different color and have refused to cover the receipt for dinner. We were not allowed to talk to anyone above the initial call center people - we were put on hold and told no one would speak to us.
