A: No. I put a silicone baking mat (non stick & reusable) or parchment paper. You can also just butter or oil it.

A: On the back of the sheet pan is the NordicWare name and a trademark symbol and USA. Now whether this means it's made in the USA, I'm not sure, but I tend to think it does. Also when I search other sites for description of the same item, almost all state "Proudly made in the USA by Nordic Ware." Hope this helps. p.s. I love these pans. Very heavy duty and will last more than my lifetime.

A: Hello
**Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm soapy water.
**Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur due to the heat and cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.
**Towel dry pans after washing to prevent water stains.
**Natural aluminum pans works well with parchment paper for roasting and baking, and traditional shortening/butter and flour methods when used for baking.
**Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch aluminum pans, but will not affect safety or performance.
**Aluminum is reactive to acidic ingredients such as vinegar and tomato products. These foods may darken, pit, or corrode the pan after prolonged use.
**Oven safe to 500°F (260°C)

A: Hello,
General maximum temperature recommendation for the Natural Aluminum Bakeware is 500 degrees. The pans are safe to use and will perform at higher temps. For example, you are free to use the pans when broiling. At elevated temperatures, it's possible for oil to permanently adhere to the pans, resulting in discoloration or the development of a bronzed patina. Good brand but scrathes and discolors
I bought this to put in the air fryer. This a reputable brand but before I used it just washing it i noticed it started scratching up and discoloring. I didn’t use a hard sponge or harsh soap and already I noticed it having flaws which already raising flags.. I haven’t used it for its purpose.

I thought this was a good company and I bought from them before but just got two sheet trays and went to give him a quick wash before using them and either gently using a regular sponge scratched them horribly or they came completely scratched, like to where chunks have come off and its a different color. The instructions say scratching is normal and doesn't affect cooking pieces of flaked off aluminum in your food can't be healthy. Haven't even used them yet and guess I'm going to have to pull a plug on returning.

Great sheet pan for toaster ovens. Fits in Breville BOV800XL but not BOV650XL. No warping, bakes cookies perfectly. Large versions work well in big ovens too.
