Q: Is this really dishwasher safe? It says so big and bold in the description, but when you scroll down a bit in the fine print, it says to hand wash only.

A: No, it's not. When we picked ours up, the care instructions on the label say hand-wash only. I was disappointed because the description online says they are

A: The high heat of the dishwasher and hard detergents may have an affect on the coating. We always recommend hand washing to extend the life of your pan.

any small scratch will RUST. The finish is NOT durable.
It is very pretty and a good size BUT... soon i notieced small scratches in the "ceramic" finish. This pan is VERY fragile it turns out. THEN the pan acrually rusted where the scratches were. Now it's HORRIBLE with rusty splotches all over. Heck. I really liked it. Now i'm probably just gonna toss it out. What a waste of money. To me, the description is deceptive. How does a CERAMIC cookie sheet RUST??? Don't buy this unless you will hanbdle it with kid gloves.

Easy clean but scratched up first use
It definitely doesn’t stick and made clean up a breeze but after the first use, I noticed paint from the bottom of the pan on my stove grates. Sure enough the bottom is all scratched up just from sitting on the stove top. I should have listened to the reviews.

Don't but will scratch immediately
After 1 use while washing it stretched the top coating and bottom coating is already scratched as well. Great for non stick but no point if it's gonna scratch this easy.

Nice pan overall when I first got it. But what good is it if it scratches so easily? You are bound to have to use a device to pick up or slice the baked goods made on it. It looks pretty but the surface scratched very easily after the first use. Might as well just get an aluminum one and not worry about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan popped 2 minutes into being in the oven. I took it out immediately and found that it was bent out of shape from the heat. Not sure if I was supposed to do anything other than wash it prior to use.

This is a pass. It’s a cute color and I figured it would make me happy. The color IS pretty, BUT the bottom of the pan (where the color is) has scratches all over it. And for reference, I have used it ONCE, in the oven. I’m disappointed that the color comes off so easily. The pan itself seems fine, but there are plenty of great pans out there that don’t come with a side of disappointment.

LOVE this pan. It’s sturdy and nice and big. Planning to buy a second. Also, it wouldn’t even occur to me to put a pan like this in the dishwasher so seems like an odd complaint from many other reviews that marked it down. Great pan!
