GreenPan 18"x13" Nonstick Ceramic Cookie Sheet Black: Carbon Steel, Dishwasher-Safe, PFOA-Free, Baking Pan

I wish I hadn’t purchased this. Yes, it’s ceramic and it’s my first time buying a ceramic pan so I don’t know what is typical of ceramic or what is a product flaw. But here are my three complaints: -The blue paint on the bottom of the pan comes off when hot and gets on whatever you rest it on. Yes, it’s removable. But the pan now looks ugly on the bottom and I need to do extra cleaning. -The pan warps when hot. Extreme warping. But if you set it on something flat, it should flatten out within minutes. It was concerning the first time I saw it. It didn’t happen every time and I am wondering what caused it. -It’s the only pan I have used where oven mitts still transfer the heat to the hands—same oven mitts. Does this pan get hotter than others? Does it transfer heat in a different way? I wish I would’ve purchased something else. No one wants something fussy.

Scratched and dented

Love this pan! I don't understand why the rating is under 4 stars. Nothing sticks to it. It washes up with no discoloration at all. Very large. I would 10 out of 10 recommend it and don't write reviews but was surprised to see the rating wasn't higher.

I used two of these baking trays, once each, to bake cookies at 325° for 13 minutes. As I was hand washing the first one, I noticed that the green paint was coming off the back side in a whole lot of small spots. The same with the second tray when I washed it. I was thinking, "I guess I can live with this," because I didn't want the hassle of returning them. But then I went to clean my stove top -- and I had to scrub green paint off of the cold burners (not the warm top) where I had placed the hot trays whrn I pulled them out of the oven. Scrubbing paint off of my stove burners every time I use these trays is NOT something I am willing to live with. Returning them today.

Just brought this home, peeled back the cardboard, and see a small scratch/imperfection. It’s like it didn’t get a good coating of ceramic in the factory. It does feel very high quality but I’m probably just going to return it.

This is the most nonstick pan I've ever had, and I love knowing it's free of harmful chemicals. I agree it could possibly scratch easily, so you really must be very careful what utensils and cleaning brush you use. I only use silicone spatulas and tongs. However, the only scratches I've had were those on the outer sides that occured when I slid the sheet into my cabinet against another sheet. It has been months with no inner scratches, and I mostly use it at high temperature like 425 degrees. Such as easy pan to clean, too.

So far this pan has been great. My cookies came out beautifully and I made a sheet pan dinner directly on it with no issues.

I love the green pan line! Exceptional quality, and heats evenly. I love the nonstick surface and the fact that it has no PBA’s. I did receive one that was scratched, but Target exchanged it with no issues.

I liked it for the first couple uses at 350... but it warped at 425.

It is very pretty and a good size BUT... soon i notieced small scratches in the "ceramic" finish. This pan is VERY fragile it turns out. THEN the pan acrually rusted where the scratches were. Now it's HORRIBLE with rusty splotches all over. Heck. I really liked it. Now i'm probably just gonna toss it out. What a waste of money. To me, the description is deceptive. How does a CERAMIC cookie sheet RUST??? Don't buy this unless you will hanbdle it with kid gloves.

It definitely doesn’t stick and made clean up a breeze but after the first use, I noticed paint from the bottom of the pan on my stove grates. Sure enough the bottom is all scratched up just from sitting on the stove top. I should have listened to the reviews.

These sheets have been a great buy for me! My veggies cook wonderfully and don’t get stuck to the pan! The size is large also!

Surface scratch easy and you can reuse once the deed is done.

This pan rusts and scratches so easily, only used it 3 times now and it's rusted and the paint is chipping off. It advertises that it's dishwasher safe but it definitely is not
