Q: Is this really dishwasher safe? It says so big and bold in the description, but when you scroll down a bit in the fine print, it says to hand wash only.

  • A: We always recommend hand washing but you can place in dishwasher. Water can get trapped in the corners if left in the dishwasher to dry, so it is best to dry after washing.

Scratches easily

Just brought this home, peeled back the cardboard, and see a small scratch/imperfection. It’s like it didn’t get a good coating of ceramic in the factory. It does feel very high quality but I’m probably just going to return it.

Best non-stick sheet pan if used with care

This is the most nonstick pan I've ever had, and I love knowing it's free of harmful chemicals. I agree it could possibly scratch easily, so you really must be very careful what utensils and cleaning brush you use. I only use silicone spatulas and tongs. However, the only scratches I've had were those on the outer sides that occured when I slid the sheet into my cabinet against another sheet. It has been months with no inner scratches, and I mostly use it at high temperature like 425 degrees. Such as easy pan to clean, too.

any small scratch will RUST. The finish is NOT durable.

It is very pretty and a good size BUT... soon i notieced small scratches in the "ceramic" finish. This pan is VERY fragile it turns out. THEN the pan acrually rusted where the scratches were. Now it's HORRIBLE with rusty splotches all over. Heck. I really liked it. Now i'm probably just gonna toss it out. What a waste of money. To me, the description is deceptive. How does a CERAMIC cookie sheet RUST??? Don't buy this unless you will hanbdle it with kid gloves.

Easy clean but scratched up first use

It definitely doesn’t stick and made clean up a breeze but after the first use, I noticed paint from the bottom of the pan on my stove grates. Sure enough the bottom is all scratched up just from sitting on the stove top. I should have listened to the reviews.

This pan rusts and scratches so easily, only used it 3 times now and it's rusted and the paint is chipping off. It advertises that it's dishwasher safe but it definitely is not

Don't but will scratch immediately

After 1 use while washing it stretched the top coating and bottom coating is already scratched as well. Great for non stick but no point if it's gonna scratch this easy.

Disappointed

Nice pan overall when I first got it. But what good is it if it scratches so easily? You are bound to have to use a device to pick up or slice the baked goods made on it. It looks pretty but the surface scratched very easily after the first use. Might as well just get an aluminum one and not worry about it.
