DAWN Powerwash Dish Spray (Spray): This product is generally found at your local grocery store and most major retailers.
DAWN Professional Heavy Duty Degreaser:(Spray) Home stores such as Lowe's and many major retailers.
DAWN Power Dissolver (Spray): While slightly more difficult to find, this product is most often available online.
Instructions:
Apply the cleaning product directly to the pan.
No water during the initial application.
Allow the product to stand for approximately 10 minutes to effectively break down grease and residue.
Scrub the pan vigorously with a plastic or nylon bristled brush.

General maximum temperature recommendation for the Nordic Ware Naturals Jumbo Cookie Sheet is 500 degrees. The pans are safe to use and will perform at higher temps.
For example, you are free to use the pans when broiling.
Oil can become permanently baked on to pans at higher temperatures and the pan may discolor or take on a bronzed patina. These features are cosmetic only, and do not cause a safety or performance issue.

The Pan has a maximum temp recommendation of 500°F. The pan is safe to use and will perform at higher temps. A: Hello,
Hello **Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm soapy water.
**Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur due to the heat and cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.
**Towel dry pans after washing to prevent water stains.
**Natural aluminum pans works well with parchment paper for roasting and baking, and traditional shortening/butter and flour methods when used for baking.
**Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch aluminum pans, but will not affect safety or performance.
**Aluminum is reactive to acidic ingredients such as vinegar and tomato products. These foods may darken, pit, or corrode the pan after prolonged use.
**Oven safe to 500°F (260°C)

I love these! I have 3-4 that I cycle through for baking, and the sheer size of them is so helpful. I generally just like the products that Nordic Ware sells, but these full size sheets are so worth it. Just make sure you don’t put them in the dishwasher, I learned from my mistake there..

Piece of garbage
I have used this baking sheet twice now with terrible results. Roasted veggies and they were barely crispy after almost an hour. Just baked a pizza on it tonight and it was barely done even though I cooked an identical pizza on my old baking sheet and it was almost overdone in the same time/temp. Aluminum must be garbage to cook with. Also got really scratched up after just 2 uses.

Worth it
All my cookies have been perfectly baked since I bought these. I was having trouble with my cookies over baking and drying out. I tried everything to fix it and then it dawned on me- the problem was my cookies sheets! Totally recommend them!
