Q: What is the material that seperates the 3 trays when purchased? Sticky, and clear? Is it silicone? I accidently missed one and was burnt in the oven stinks like plastic. Thanks for any help.

Q: Are these safe for use under the broiler?

  • A: Hello, General maximum temperature recommendation for Natural Aluminum Bakeware is 500 degrees. The pans are safe to use and will perform at higher temps. For example, you are free to use the pans when broiling. Oil can become permanently baked onto pans at higher temperatures and the pan may discolor or take on a bronzed patina. These features are cosmetic and do not cause a safety issue. The pan will continue to perform. No non stick coating :) Kind Regards, Nordic Ware Customer Experience
