Markings rub off
Glass itself seems very thick and sturdy, but the markings on the outside are not durable. They come off with the most minor or scrubbing (washing). We have put this in the dishwasher, so don’t know what would happen if we hadn’t, but decently frustrating when the markings come off a MEASURING CUP.

Find a Better Liquid measure
Worst measuring cup ever. Why have a pour spout when it doesn't work? Liquid everywhere! The small version of this cracked as soon as hot liquid was poured in. These are just lacking in quality.

This is a bowl not a measuring cup.
Love the size of this but what good is a measuring cup without measurements. They washed off in the first few washings. I bought several sizes of these before I realized the lines were disappearing. They have washed off on all sizes.

Doesn't hold up
Writing is wearing off after 5 months. I have other measuring cups from other brands that have lasted for years (my oldest one is over 10 years old and just starting to fade). Very disappointing.

You probably shouldn't buy these
I've been using these measuring cups for 2 months now - both the 1 cup and 4 cup. Neither pour very well, often pouring liquid down the side of the vessel and onto my countertop. I mainly handwash these, especially since I saw the marking washing off. I love a lot of figmint's kitchen supplies but this one need some improvement. Pyrex or Anchor Hocking are better I choices for liquid measuring cups in my opinion.

This cup is heavy which makes using it difficult in confined spaces. The spout requires one to pour very carefully and slowly. Pouring any faster results in spills.

Measurement Lines and Numbers Disappear
After just six months of use, all measurement markings have washed off. For the last month, I used a permanent marker to help me see the measurements, otherwise I have to hold it up to the window at just the right angle to see the faint lines and numbers. I wouldn't purchase this to only get a few months of use. Now, I just have a clear glass mixing bowl with a handle.

Figmint 4 cup Glass Measuring Cup
I have not had an issue with the numbers & lines coming off as others have mentioned...yet! However, I will echo what everyone has been saying about the mess it makes. No matter what consistency of liquid I am pouring, it runs down the side of the measuring cup instead of pouring out. Very frustrating! Decent price, but I guess you get what you pay for. I do NOT recommend this product!!!

Useless Without Markings
I purchased the 8 and 16 measures. Unfortunately, the markings have almost completely worn off. I do not scrub them, but do put them in the dishwasher as they are marked dishwasher safe. I have much older measuring cups from other brands that are holding up better.
