I had the Made by Design version of these pans and they've held up beautifully for years with no issue. A few weeks ago, I put a pot of water to boil on the stove and COMPLETELY forgot about it and came back hours later to a completely ruined pan. Bummer. I'll just buy another. WRONG. Because Target has discontinued the original Made by Design pan and replaced it with this inferior version that doesn't have the silicone coating on the lid and pot handles. You can see in the reviews how many people have burned their hands because the handles get so hot. What a downgrade! Please bring back the earlier version with the silicone grips!!!

So I loved the pan and was so happy to finally use it and but unfortunately, I burned my fingers trying to take lid off..it was super hot! I’ve looked everywhere for a decent price point in a sauce pan so I’m keeping it but I feel like the lid is useless and dangerous since the lid handle gets very hot. :/

Ive had this pot a few months now and LOVE it to say the least. I have a gas stove and the handle does not get hot. It has one tiny scratch on it and i have young teens that use it. Zero scratches on the inside and the lid is perfect venting. I really want the entire set. Definietly recommend.

The first pot I received arrived damaged; it was shipped with other items, so it had some packaging in with it; however, it still was dented. Target was great about getting a replacement out to me fast. The second one arrived even more damaged than the first, and it was just loose in a big box! Target would not replace only refund. I have not used the pot itself. I guess you get what you paid for. I was hoping it would be a good knockoff of Caraway.

I love this saucepan! The ceramic coating is bonded well to the pan and doesn't chip or flake off like some other brands I've tried. It has solid, quality construction. We have a gas stove and the flames often melt and loosen the plastic handles - not an issue with this pan since it has a metal handle. However, the handle can get hot, so use a hot pad. The lid fits very nicely and has steam vents (which can be closed by rotating the lid if you don't want to use them. The pouring spouts are also a great feature. If you want a great pan for a great price - this is a wonderful option.

I like this pan a lot, but I didn’t see through giant sticker on the bottom and it burned onto my stove the first I used it. Who puts giant stickers on the bottom of a pan?!

Everything I cook with this has a chemical, possibly metallic aftertaste. I'm not sure what it is leaving in the food or if it is healthy or not so I will probably throw it away.

DO NOT BUY if you have ELECTRIC or INDUCTION COOKTOP!! This pot does not have smooth surface on the bottom so it causes horrible scratches on my brand new cooktop. Luckily I noticed the scratches early so I can throw away the pot. Overall it’s good quality inside if you don’t care about the pot scratching your cooktop. If you have gas cooktop, then this is a great cheap option for ceramic cookwares instead of spending a lot for Caraway.

This is the second piece of Target-brand cookware I've purchased. My first was another 3-qt nonstick saucepan with the brand name Made by Design. Both are PFAS free and both are induction range compatible. If the older model was available, I would have chosen it instead. This Figmint model doesn't have coatings on the lid and saucepan handles, so you have to use a potholder when cooking. That is my only complaint about the Figmint model. I am thankful that Target has PFAS-free induction compatible cookware at reasonable prices.

Definitely love this saucepan. First of all, I love the size of it. I can cook a lot without spilling over. The lip has the pour out holes, so I can easily put the access water out without spilling the food. Not to mention, it is non-stick and easy to clean.

I had to buy this pot in a pinch when our old range died and we decided to upgrade to induction and none of our cookware worked. I was very pleasantly surprised! This little pot gets used several times a week and I’ve been so pleased with the performance. It gets thrown in the dishwasher and shows no signs of wear yet. The straining top works quite well. Non-stick cookware is not forever (no matter what expensive brands try to tell you!) and when this inevitably wears out, I intend on purchasing another!

I used this pot for a few weeks before writing this review and I can confidentially say I love it! I’m so glad I bought this brand and didn’t spend so much more on others. It looks great, cooks great, and strains any noodles you make. The handle on top does get hot, but I just use a pot holder/oven mit. Highly recommend this pot and this brand!
