It was broke when I received it because of the poor packaging. Needs to be returned

This broke pretty quickly.

This was originally a gift from my wedding registry. When it arrived, it was packaged in a box twice as big as the item and without any bubble wrap or paper to protect it. The bowl was shattered into multiple pieces and the lid & spinning mechanism was busted apart, tiny pieces everywhere. I returned it to my local target, and much to my dismay, they were out of stock in store to replace the item (as were all targets close to me). I reluctantly ordered the item online again, as I really wanted this particular salad spinner. This time, I ordered it with some bath towels, hoping the spinner would be packaged with the towels for some protection. I was very wrong…the salad spinner was again packaged in a box twice the necessary size and again without any protective packaging materials (meanwhile the towels I ordered were shoved in a box that was too small - the box was bursting when it arrived). Again, upon arrival, the salad spinner was damaged. The spinning mechanism was broken into two pieces, with small pieces of plastic broken in the box. I again returned it to my local target, who again did not have the salad spinner in stock. I ended up buying the OXO brand. It costs $5 dollars more, but comes securely packaged in a box from the factory, and seems to be a bit heavier duty. DO NOT purchase this item online. I was incredibly disappointed because I purchased many items from the Figmint line and loved them. I was hoping my salad spinner would match the other Figmint items I have, but I was so frustrated with the hassle and clearly low quality product, as well as the way target packages their online items.

HAND WASH. Low quality. Not durable. Doesn’t dry thoroughly. Looks good though.

Made cheaply. Thin plastic, bowl, lid and interior parts. Lid slides off easily when spinning. The lid doesn't fit all that great b/c plastic bowl is thin and compresses a bit to change the shape. Also the push stop button and spring on lid fall off easily. B/c it's cheap thin plastic, doesn't spin well enough to dry off lettuce enough. Only plus is it holds up in the dishwasher. I used to have an OXO brand one but it fell on floor and cracked. I bought this was b/c target didn't have an oxo brand at the time. Should've ordered elsewhere or waited until they got one.

Ordered online. I opened the box and the packaging was ripped open and the lever was up and bowl was cracked.

This is perfect after washing fruit. I wash my fruit, put in here, and spin it to dry. It is also very easy to clean which I really appreciate. It has a great spin on it too!

Gets the job done, but not sure I like the push handle on the top. Think others do a better job, but still a good option nothing to complain about out think it’s just a personal preference

Incapable of spinning at a sufficient spool (compared to my past one). Pretty much impossible to dry well washed greens with this.

This salad spinner is great, easy to use, and I love how it looks! The only downside is it says not to wash in the dishwasher, which is super inconvenient.

The spinner function does not work.

I just want to give a big shout out to target first thing the first one I got wasn’t working properly! And they shipped me a new one right away! And I just got my one and it spins so smoothly and quietly

This item had been returned and taped up. I was given it in a drive up order. Didn’t work at all

This has easily become the kitchen item I didn’t know I needed. Usually I wash my salads in a bowl, drain the water, and pat dry with paper towels. I disliked that I could never seem to get that little puddle of water at the bottom of the bowl. Now I don’t have to worry about my last bites of salad being watery. This item works well, is easy to clean, and elevated my salads.

This is a nice salad spinner, easy to use and clean. The color is a nice neural that could look good in just about any kitchen. And when storing you can lock down the spinner “pump “. The only thing I wish it did have was side locks to attach it together for easy carry and travel.

The salad spinner is a handy gadget of you're making salads all of the time. I was able to get a lot of excess water off of my lettuce and it stayed fresher longer. It is a little bigger than I expected, but it was able to hold three small heads of romaine lettuce. It is a hand wash only item which is a little inconvenient but not a deal breaker. Overall, I will be using this frequently as I cut salad for lunches every week.

Greatest salad bowl ever! I actually use it for more than salad. Cleaning your fruit and vegetables, this makes it a breeze.

I love the salad spinner! The cute green color is pretty close to what's shown, and has a really good capacity. The handle can lock down so you can store it without having to worry about breaking off the handle, as well.
