Q: Can I cut on both sides of this board?

A: I have this board, and you can indeed use both sides to cut. That being said, I prefer cutting on the grooved side because it helps keeps juices contained for less mess on my counter.

Damages Easily
Bought these to replace 10 year old plastic cutting boards. Within 2-3 uses, the Figment brand cutting board already looks worse than my old cutting boards. Easily damaged by even dull knives. Plastic flaking.

Great Board, Need to Package more carefully
I prefer poly cutting boards to wood and I feel like they are much easier to disinfect. My favorite thing about this board is the moat to catch all the juices. I hate having watermelon (so sticky & staining) or meat juices (can we say bacteria) running off the side of the cutting board when I use it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it arrived damaged as it was sent it in a plain poly envelope.

Handy little cutting board
I am a firm believer you cannot have too many cutting boards and this one is a great addition. It’s small but not too small. It’s good for almost anything except larger cuts of meat and large vegetables like squash. It really is nonslip and washes up like a dream in the dishwasher.

Great Cutting Board
Having a nonslip cutting board that can go into the dishwasher is a huge win for me! Cleaning up after cutting chicken is something I am fanatical about. This cutting board is wonderful! There is a groove along the entire edge that lets me dice away without worry about my counters and then into the dishwasher it goes.
