A: I've owned these cups for less than a month, and they DO NOT retain the lines. Labeled as dishwasher safe, but aren't. Will be returning!

You probably shouldn't buy these
I've been using these measuring cups for 2 months now - both the 1 cup and 4 cup. Neither pour very well, often pouring liquid down the side of the vessel and onto my countertop. I mainly handwash these, especially since I saw the marking washing off. I love a lot of figmint's kitchen supplies but this one need some improvement. Pyrex or Anchor Hocking are better I choices for liquid measuring cups in my opinion.

Runs down the side of the cup
You can't pour liquid out of this without it running down the side of the cup. Whether it's poured out quickly or slowly, it doesn't pour well at all. It always runs down the side of the cup - the Coanda Effect. The makes it useless as a portion of the liquid I measured out ends up on the counter. That should have been discovered during testing. Would definitely not recommend this.

great price but...
It's such a basic necessity, and the price was right. I usually use pyrex, but what good does a meausuring cup if you can't read the print on the sides after a few runs through the dishwasher?
