Just what I needed

Very nice and great addition to my kitchen ❤️

My package came and my box was completely damaged. I had a huge hole in my box. It was going to be given as a gift but it can be no longer due to the damage of the box. It also came in a stand alone box, did not come in a target box so anyone could have seen what it was and just taken it. Not impressed.

Bought this as a 2nd cooker since I was cooking two dinners for Thanksgiving. Both turkeys similar weight and started at the same time on low. My OG cooker was complete at the estimated time. When I went to check this new cooker, it wasn't near finished and it was room temperature to the touch. Turned the temperature switch to high to see if there was a change and let it sit for another 90mins. Nope. Light is on, but temperature never changed. Room temperature at best....I guess you get what you paid for. Spend more on a quality cooker. Pass on this. I would have returned, but already tossed the box and didn't feel like cleaning out turkey that sat out for 7 hours in a cooker that didn't work and threw it out!

Affordable entry level crockpot

It doesn't work! The light turns on, but it doesn't warm up. Very strange! This is my 3rd piece of Hamilton Beach electronics which I have purchased for the past 3 months. They all have issues with functioning properly. I don't know what is happening with the company, but no more Hamilton Beach for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m actually not sure what went wrong with this crock pot - I have a nearly identical model that’s probably a decade old and was excited to try the newer version of it but making a pot roast in this one was a bit of a fail. First I’ll say it’s a great design looks and features wise but actual functionality seems to have dropped off. It has nice comfortable handles for lifting and carrying. I like the setting options and the setting selector is easy to use. I was confused why the feet on the bottom seem to be missing the rubber grippers that keep it from sliding around. Also I had a roast in here for over 8 hours and I think the low setting was just too low - it cooked but really never got tender. Quite a waste of a big roast. So that was disappointing. I’ll try it on the high setting and see if that changes anything but otherwise I guess it’s back to my old faithful ancient model.

The lid is not even and doesn't close properly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I simply love this slow Cooker it does the job and is super easy to use even my mom can use it without all those fussy digital settings and all. it has the capacity of 6 qt definitely perfect for any big family. I can use it for soups, bone broth, slow roasting and chili. I just have to put everything inside and forget it. It even has a warm mode, which makes dinner easy.
